Our TownHome is located in a Gated Community with Private Beach access that has all the comforts of resort style living yet is still nice, quiet and relaxed. The home is very well maintained and has a nice fenced patio out back with a gas grill and lots of tropical plants separating it from the other units providing a secluded place to get away from it all.
Inside new furniture and tropical decor makes it feel like a home away from home.
There are two bedrooms upstairs each with its own bathroom and walk in closet. Downstairs there is also a half bath.
The front bedroom has two (2) twin beds. One of the beds has a trundle that can acommodate an additional guest. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a convertible queen sized sleeper sofa that sleeps two as well.
Washer and Dryer along with a full kitchen outfitted with all the standard appliances, fridge, ice maker, microwave, stove/oven, a dishwasher and disposal make eating in an easy way to keep the vacation budget under control.

We chose to buy at this location because it is the one of the rare Ocean Front access properties in Florida within 40 minutes drive from the Orlando Theme Parks like Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. We can choose to spend a day at one of the parks and then take a day at the beach to relax. here we don't have to choose between the two vacations, we can do both! The area is very peaceful, the people are friendly and it's like stepping back in time to a slower paced relaxed way of life. It's like Florida used to be before all the development.

One of the best benefits of staying here is that the beachfront access allows us to walk to the beach with the children without ever leaving the community or crossing any major streets. The fresh ocean breezes and the natural environment and salt water of the Atlantic Ocean refreshes and revitalizes your spirit. You can feel any stress or worries just melt away by the minute. After spending a few days here you will feel like you never want to leave. Cape Canaveral has a population of about 8,000 and is one of the best kept secrets in Florida. Even long time Residents sometimes don't even know this place is here...
Great must see with all vehicles used for space programs from Mercury to Shuttle and International Space Station, IMAX movies and tours plus get to touch a real moon rock brought back by Apollo Missio
Orlando area only 40 -45 minutes away. From airport it's a straight drive east on route 528 to the beach..Go west back to Disney other Theme Parks and the airport !

This is a photo of us gathering seashells on the private beach directly behind our community. One of the things we love to do is get out early and kick back watching the waves, surfers and sailboats offshore. The nicest thing about the beach is that it is very natural and there are not usually many people so that many times it almost feels like you are out there by yourself. It's located 45 minutes directly east of Walt Disney World and all the theme parks. Excellent family restaurants and fresh seafood within minutes of the front door.

Fun, Relaxing, and Very Clean Vacation Experience

My family and I stayed in this well-maintained townhome for a weeklong vacation in July. Although the owners might prefer a monthly rental as stated in the description, they were very flexible and accomodating for our family's one week vacation. The pictures are very accurate, the decorations are very cute with a tropical them, reflective of a beach townhome. They reminded me of how cool it was to be so close to the ocean in Florida! The townhome was spacious, so for a family of four we had plenty of room to spend time together or privately alone. Our bed was very comfortable, with immediate access to our own bathroom, and our children seemed pretty happy with their own similar setup. It was close enough to Cocoa Beach, and about 20 minutes from the Space Center. It took us about an hour drive to Disney and Universal Studios (obviously there is a lot to do while you stay in Cape Canaveral), but if you like driving faster it would be more like 45 minutes. It was 2-3 minutes to the private beach, and had several clean private pools and a spa for the entire family to enjoy when we returned from our adventures. The ocean spot was perfectly quiet for a beach in July. My children loved searching for seashells and building sandcastles. We jogged along the beach a couple of times, and used their workout facility which was also very clean. A minor issue we faced was the keys to the beach and the pool area gave us some trouble, but everyone who lived there was very understanding and supportive and worked with us to make sure we got in. It was safe and secure, which was really important to us as well. We have been renting homes from VRBO for many years now, and we have never been dissatisfied, and that applies to this home as well. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and everything went smoothly. Thanks again for having us!

Stayed here for the month of March 2011. Enjoyed it very much. Condo was clean and well maintained. Enverything was as written on the listing. The whole complex was beautiful and well looked after. Visiting grandkids loved the pool by the beach. My husband liked having the gym and used it every day. Didn't eat out much. We like The Atlantic Grill restaurant on the pier. Would recommend this property to anyone.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.
