Why the Owner Chose Penticton
Eric has been fortunate enough to be able to purchase a most sought after apartment building on the lakeshore of Okanagan Lake. This building is renown for having the first penthouse looking out over the shoreline with a 50 mile view. The building has been well looked after and the penthouse is a separate suite, with private elevator access. We have renovated the Penthouse in anticipation of offering it to vacationers looking for an exclusive location for their family.
