THIS MAKES THE SECOND TIME MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN TO THIS VILLA AND WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. JOHN KEEPS THIS PLACE IN TIP TOP SHAPE...VERY CLEAN AND MEETS ALL OUR NEEDS....IT LOOKS JUST LIKE THE PICTURES ON WEB SITE. WE LOVE RIDING THE BIKES ON BEACH AND AROUND THE ISLAND THAT ARE INCLUDED. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. FROM NOW ON WHENEVER WE HEAD TO HILTON HEAD THIS IS OUR FIRST CHOICE. THANKS JOHN FOR TAKING PRIDE IN KEEPING THIS VILLA AMAZING!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo for the winter. This condo is newly renovated, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The location is fabulous with gorgeous a direct ocean front view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, viewing ships, dolphins and all the activity at the beach. The beach is perfect for walking and biking. The location is also easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We stayed at this property about 2 years ago and enjoyed it a lot-well this past week we stayed again and I have to tell you-if you are looking for a first class-reasonablly priced condo located perfectly oceanfront then do not pass this property. THe recent update and renovation the owners completed moved this unit from a very nice place to an outstanding vacationexperience second to none. Nothing was omitted from the renovation-from the central heat and air to the beautiful walk in shower it is first rate. The location of the unit is still one of the best in the Hilton Head area-convenient to all yet private to ones own needs. Again take a hard look at this property and avail yourself of a very special vacation Bill & Pat

John and Barb we felt like you let us into your home. The condo was very clean and had everything you could ask for. The attention to detail was evident in every room. Barb I love your decorating! The view from our balcony was wonderful-----its like you never leave the beach. Our favorite memory the sound of high tide at night. John was extremely helpful answering all our questions and concerns. We loved our stay and can,t wait to return.

We just came back from a glorious trip to HHI! This was our third year to stay in this villa. We fell in love with this place the first time we stayed here and each time it just gets better! We love HHI in the fall when the weather is still beautiful and the summer crowds are gone. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else besides this villa. It's perfectly located on the beach in a very well maintained complex. Once you see the spectacular view from the balcony you will be hooked! Everyone that stays here feels the same way. Barb and John go above and beyond to make the accommodations so attractive with every detail paid attention to. Before you arrive they make sure they inform you of anything you need to know and and will be happy to share with you their "favs". They provide everything in this villa to enhance your stay in "Paradise"! The photos and description of this villa are accurate but words truly can not describe this place!. You will be so comfortable in the spotless and beautiful, newly renovated villa. You will then spend your days with morning walks on the beach, breakfast on the balcony, bike rides exploring the island, relaxing in the sun on the beach in the afternoon and dining out in one of the many outstanding restaurants in the evening. This place is absolutely paradise and when you leave this villa you will miss it and long to come back!

Amazing

We could never say enough good things about our stay at Seaside villas. From the moment you walk in the door you feel like you are coming home. We spent many mornings and evenings on the porch just enjoying the amazing views and perfect weather. We especially loved the fact that you are right on the ocean. No need to drive, just pack what you need for a day at the beach and stroll on down. And what about those beaches, I think they are the most beautiful we have every seen. Barb and John were very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We followed their recomendations on several restaurants and were never disappointed. They also allow you to use their bikes to ride around the island or on the beach. We would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. If or when we get the chance to visit HIlton Head again, we will surely rent this condo again. Thank you Barb and John!

This condo was beautifully appointed. The decorating was quite relaxing. The only problem i noticed was the shower floor caused water to pool in the one corner. Also, water leaked out the door in the corner and would collect by the toilet. we had to put a towel on the floor and i finally found if i put a washcloth at the base of the door inside it prevented leaking. Other than that i had no problems and would return again

Owner response:We appreciate the 5 star review. We have invested heavily in this villa to make it both beautiful and comfortable for our guests. As for the shower issue, we had this villa completely renovated, including the installation of a walk in ceramic shower with shower doors, in January 2011. This villa has been FULLY BOOKED since that time, so we, the owners, have not had the opportunity to stay there ourselves. No previous renter has made us aware of the problem, so we just did not know there was a problem. We will have some open time in this villa during Nov/Dec and will plan a trip to rectify this issue. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts, and we are so glad you loved the villa as we do.

Home Away From Home

The renovations to the villa are spectacular! This villa certainly sets itself apart from any other ocean front villa we have stayed in at Sea Side. When you walk through the door you say to yourself "I'm at home." From the fully equipped kitchen to the walk-in shower to the gorgeous views of the ocean from the balcony, only one word can describe this villa "ahhhhhh." It is within walking distance to shopping and dining. The 2 bikes that are available make this villa - park your car and peddle anywhere on the island.

We have enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It is a very nice cozy place, very clean. The view was incredible. The balcony is shaded all day long, so we ate and set there all the time. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect Anniversary Getway

This is an amazing place to stay in every way. The location is close to shopping and many restaurants. It has perfect access to the beach for swimming, walking, and biking. The view is absolutely spectacular! It is great to sit on the balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. We ate most of our meals out there while enjoying the cool breezes. The pictures and descriptions are accurate but do not fully communicate just how relaxing and comfortable this villa is. The villa is very clean and well-maintained and provided everything we needed. The owners were easy to work with and great to answer questions and concerns. Having the bikes and tennis included is an extra convenience which we used every day. This was our first trip to Hilton Head, and we could not have chosen a better place to stay for a special week. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay away from the crowds but close to the beach and activities, this is the perfect place for you. We have already recommended it to many of our friends and family.

What can we say...my husband and I absolutely enjoyed our vacation and the comfortable condo made our vacation so easy and relaxed. When we arrived, it was night time. We could not see anything from the patio, but we could smell the fresh, salt air and hear the ocean. We knew instantly that in the morning we would wake up to something amazing. We were not disappointed...the beach is clean and endless. We walked it every morning. We rode the bikes everywhere. The area is like a big nature reserve. When we prepared our own meals in the modern condo kitchen, we sat on the patio and ate to the best view you could ever ask for. If we never had a wedding to attend this spring in another state, we would return in a heartbeat. We briefly met the condo owner, John ( we missed Barb that day) and he was so very friendly. Any questions we had before we traveled, they answered. We highly recommend this condo. It had everything we needed for a perfect romantic vacation. When you arrive, get up early and walk towards the sunrise and watch the dolphins as they swim along. Do it every morning...it is so peaceful. This place is like a great secret, but the secret is out...if you want a calm, relaxing vacation, this condo is the first step to that exact moment in your life. Modern, comfortable, and beautiful surroundings and friendly people. Thanks John and Barb for making our vacation last April so perfect.

Anniversary Stay

My husband and I stayed here for our 1st anniversary, and we loved it! We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning! The tile floor and tile shower were gorgeous. Since "March Madness" was on while we were there, my husband was very excited about both flat screen tvs! We loved the location, and after we unpacked the car when we arrived, we biked everywhere. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation!!!

Mary and I arrived on 8/29/09 for our 7 day/night stay in Villa 370. Our expectations were exceeded at every turn. From the quick and easy check-in to the covered (most of the time) parking available. We found our Villa very clean, comfortable, quiet and complete with amenities. The Villa had ceiling fans in the living and bedroom plus a wall fan drawing air into the bedroom. Very, very comfortable Although we had celebrated our 20th anniversary in June, our week in Villa 370 (plus 5 days in Villa 141) was more like a honeymoon. John and Barb (owners of both units) extended the warmth of Southern Hospitality from the first phone conversation and emails exchanged. Their list of their "favorites" in restaurants and menu picks was very helpful. We followed their recommendations and picked a few of our own. Their directions to locations helped us get acquainted with the lay of the land very quickly. The bicycles were such a great way to travel and so much fun. The views from the ocean front balcony (3rd floor) was beyond our expectations. Quick and easy access to the beach gave us the opportunity to enjoy it many times over. We don't get to build anything in sand very often here in Kansas City, so a 8 foot long mermaid was the order of one of our outings. Flying a kite another. HHI is truely a beautiful and friendly vacation spot. As soon as we have a date locked in next fall we will be reserving a Villa at Sea Side---hopefully Villa 370. Thank you, Darrell
