Your lakehouse rental is fully equipped with linens, videos, board games, books, small air compressor for your floats, cooler on wheels, air hockey table, and 5 person pedal boat.
Lakefront home, with easy walk through the backyard, to the lake, on this level lot.
Located on 1.5 acres, back a lane, with plenty of parking for your family, friends, trailers, etc.
A home information book is provided for your use, which includes information about the home, the area and fun things to do.
Boat Launch is 5 minutes away. Dock located on a point in deep water.
Once rental agreement with owner, the rental keys/payment may be handled via a local property manager.

We love our pets and your's are welcome too, but outdoors only! Our other renters have pet allergies. Thank you, in advance, for picking up litter.

Our family lives close by.
We love the lake, where it is extremely quiet. There are events happening most weekends during the summer months, if you prefer to be active.
People are very friendly.
We hope to retire to this location within the next few years.
The Unique Benefits of this House
On the water, there is an easy walk to the dock through a shaded grass covered area, level to the lake.
Beautiful setting, driveway is located on a quiet road (only 7 homes) with a cul-de-sac (kids can run, play and ride bicycles), house is back a lane on 1.5 acre.
Easy access to I-85. It is within 15 minutes of restaurants, Clemson University, and Anderson.
Our dock is located in a quiet cove, where swimming is very safe for children and adults. Easy access to Portman Marina, just outside cove in big water.
You will find peace and quiet or can be as active as you wish. Enjoy!

Well we are back at work and we wanted to THANK you for renting us your home. It was lovely, everything was in order and we had a great time. We did absolutely NOTHING the entire week. We read, watched tv and sat on the back porch. We did go to the mountains one day and of course the Clemson ball game. I will definitely save your house info for future use for us and our family.
