We loved our stay in this apartment. It had the right Paris vibe to it! It is very small but lovely. We are a family of 5 and when we arrived there had been a misunderstanding somewhere and there was only bedding for 4 but that was quickly rectified the next day. As we arrived after midnight we just made do for one night. There was a fantastic welcome basket of goodies, everything was very clean and everything worked!! There was lovely heating and plentiful hot water and a great coffee percolator. To add to the charm there is a teeny weeny lift up to the apartment which we all loved using. The communications with the owner were clear and prompt on every occasion, and the instructions for accessing the apartment late at night were precise and easy to follow which was just what we needed at midnight! The apartment is in a lovely area very close to the Eiffel Tower, you can see the tower outside the front door of the building...we rushed down a few times at night to see it twinkle on the hour. The deposit has been returned promptly. Would happily recommend this apartment to anyone. It is very charming!

Just recently stayed at this wonderful apartment on a family trip to Paris. Our family of four with two little girls enjoyed it immensely. Perfect location a mere 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower had us going every night to watch the lights. The sleeping arrangements worked out great. A wonderful crepe cafe just below, grocery store around the corner and lots of wonderful restaraunts within 10 minutes walk, inluding our favorite foodie street, Rue Cler! Definitely stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Our family of four, including 2 teenage boys, enjoyed our week at Eiffel Tower Suite. As highlighted by other reviews, you can't stay much closer to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment and neighborhood are quiet, though numerous restaurants, grocery stores and patisseries are all within a few blocks. Hard to say the apartment felt new, but the kitchen appliances and cabinets are all pretty new and the apartment was clean. May be important for some to realize that the second bedroom with twin beds is accessed through the first one where the king bed is located. You can get an idea of this by looking at the available photos. The bathroom is tiny by American standards - about 4'x5' including shower stall. It had little room to hang towels to dry and had some peeling paint, but the 4 of us have shared a bathroom in a cruise ship cabin, so have managed in even less space. WiFi worked well and helped us all stay 'connected'. The Metro was close enough, with Alma-Marceau (Line 9) and Ecole Militaire (Line 8) both about 3-4 blocks away, and the Alma RER close as well. Recommendations for nearby restaurants include Cafe Constant (traditional French) and Alfio (Italian, friendly). Or go to the outdoor market at Rue St. Dominique and Ave Bosquet for food to take home. The Eiffel Tower does attract lots of tourists day and night, but if you're looking for lively nightlife and lots of people right out your door, the 7th Arr may not be for you. But without a doubt, Eiffel Tower Suite is a great base for seeing Paris and a good value. The owner and caretaker are both helpful and prompt in answering questions, handling payment, and returning our deposit - so no worries in that regard. We would recommend the apartment to friends and would not hesitate to stay there again.

My family of five (including two teenagers) stayed at the Eiffel Tower Suite over the holidays and had a very nice time. The location is amazing, just a couple of blocks from the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance to the Trocadero, Champs Elysees and many other landmarks and shopping destinations. The suite was very clean and quite charming. The surrounding neighborhood makes it easy to live like a local with a supermarket, patisserie, boucher, etc. close by. The only thing that was slightly challenging was the very tiny bathroom, but for four nights it was doable for us. The owner was extremely responsive and offered suggestions on restaurants and such. I would definitely recommend this property to other visitors!

We found the apartment as described but slightly older and quite small for our family of grown children. The location was excellent and the owner extremely helpful and prompt with all communication. The property was well maintained and I would recommend it to friends. It is close to transport and supermarkets etc are close by.

My wife, two teenagers, and I had a fantastic time in Paris! The apartment was exactly as described, clean and tidy. The apartment was so close to the Eiffel Tower and to the Metro. It was the perfect location. We walked to a patisserie every morning and found a nearby grocery store. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. We also loved how close it was to the Eiffel Tower, and we walked around the Trocadéro almost every day. The master bed was truly a bed, and not two singles pushed together. And it was comfortable! I would definitely recommend this property, and we would absolutely stay here again on a future visit.

Upon arrival we ran into the fellow who takes care of the flat and he was very warm and welcoming. It was easy to find, and truly a block and a half from the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood was clean and safe and very quiet, despite all of the restaurants. The flat had everything we needed to cook and live enjoyably. Having a separate bedroom for the kids (that wasn't a living room) was great. There were a lot of windows and both the heat and washer worked well. We would definitely recommend the apartment to our friends and will stay there again when we return to Paris. It was a good value and 10 times better than getting a hotel! Thank you.

We are a family of 5 including a 20 month old baby. The location could not have been more perfect for the many miles we walked each day. The apartments proximity to the Metro stations was key and we learned the art of getting the baby stroller through the turnstyle pretty quickly. The neighborhood stores provided everything one would need and the interior of the apartment was clean, very comfortable and exactly as described. Having a park with play equipment two blocks away under the nose of the Eiffel Tower was the frosting on the cake for a toddler. The owner was so helpful in answering questions I had emailed him before we left. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. The location was perfect and provided easy access to every major tourist attraction. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, and a third child slept comfortably on the extra air mattress. It was tremendously convenient having a well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer (which works just fine despite other reviews). The bathroom was clean, modern, and functional, but expect it to be very small by U.S. standards. Was worried about using VRBO, as we have been unlucky in the past, but the owner was professional and returned our deposit promptly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if lucky enough to travel to Paris together as a family in the future. The best find was Laduree macaroons (the French kind, not coconut) near St. Germain des Pres. It was quite special to be able to see the Eiffel Tower just outside the apartment entrance.

My girlfriends and I recently stayed at this apartment and chose it for it's proximity to most of the major sites. We were not disappointed! The Eiffel Tower is just steps away and we were able to walk to the Arc de Triumph, the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Latin Quarter. We enjoy walking but on occasion we took the metro and found that easy to use and and a fast way to get around. The apartment itself was wonderful. Clean, modern, quiet and convenient. I've already recommended this apartment to friends!

My two daughters and I stayed for 6 nights in the Eiffel Tower Suite and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment was clean and and well equipped. It is on the inside of the building overlooking a courtyard on the 4th floor ( has an elevator) and was very quiet. We loved walking out first thing in the morning for fresh croissants and bread. The markets within 3-4 blocks of the apartment are outstanding. Being 1 1/2 blocks from the Eiffel Tower was magical. Every hour on the hour at night the tower has an electrical show that is spectacular. The bathroom was small but manageable and the washer/dryer is a bit challenging...the apartment manager can help with it. Would definately stay there again.

Property is very nice, clean. It has all working appliances. We were 6 adults, stayed very comfortably. There is extra air bed that helped a lot. Location of the apartment is great. Walking distance from Eiffel tower, G20 super market grocery store, french bakery, Metro & RER stations, Rue Cler, and Invalides. Property Manager can be contacted in minutes. I highly recommend this place.

Our 5-person family just spent four comfortable nights in this beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and was in a fantastic neighborhood in a quiet building. The welcome basket was very much appreciated. We were disappointed that the clothes washer/dryer wasn't working, as we had packed lightly and had planned to use it. In addition, the extra mattress we had requested beforehand was nowhere to be found. The owner's local agent was helpful in providing it for us the next day. We liked the chinese restaurant a block away as well as take-out roasted chicken and potatoes from a butcher shop a block away. Best buttery croissants in the world were found just across the street! We would recommend this apartment and hope to return someday.

We had a great visit to Europe with Paris being our last stop. The apartment was lovely and quiet. Extremely clean and located in a very nice neighborhood. It was amazing to step out and see the Eiffel Tower each morning. We were able to walk to many tourist attractions and easy walk to the water taxi. We will certainly book this apartment again!

My wife, two daughters (ages 12 and 14) and I just returned from a 4-night stay at the Eiffel Tower Suite. Excellent location with the Eiffel Tower,Ecole Militaire Metro Stop and Place d'Alma RER Stop within a 5 minute walk. Convenient to many restaurants and groceries, including the infamous Crepe King right outside the door. The apartment is well represented by the photos in the listing and is in excellent condition. The welcome basket with some wine, milk and snacks was appreciated. The two bedrooms are quite comfortable. The main bedroom has a luxurious king size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds, along with a dresser and closet. It was nice to have some extra space after spending the preceding nights in small hotel rooms. The bathroom is pretty small, but big enough. Lots of water pressure and hot water. The manager was readily available to answer our questions, including arranging a ride to CDG at the end of our trip on short notice. Our only complaint is that, while the washer works very well, it is not apparent that there is a dryer available. We ended up hanging our clean damp clothes on hangers in the closet of the 2nd bedroom to finish drying. Perhaps we missed some hidden function? We would definitely rent this property again if we return to Paris.
Owner response:The washer referred to is actually a combination washer/dryer- It does both. Will do a better job in the future explaining the operation of this dual function machine which is typical in most French and European Apartments.

We spent 5 nights in July2010 in this apt. It was clean and cosy, very comfortable beds, all necssary appliances available. We very much appreciated the welcome basket. There should be step by step instructions on how to use the washer/dryer. I actually washed double time, couldn't figure out how to lessen the time. The bathroom was small but functional and clean. We felt very safe in this area, lots of eating places. there is a Chinese restaurant on the next street and a Thai further down the street and lots of French restaurants and bakeries around. The variety was great to experience.. Of course we cannot leave out the Crepe King downstairs. The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful and the crepes were delicious. Their hospitality was so appreciated. The location was easy to get buses and we enjoyed our walks around the Eiffel Tower. We will return. Thanks for providing such great accomodations

We stayed at this property 4 nights. It was a great location and very quiet. Having Wifi was nice! The beds are top notch-linens really nice. I agree with all other reviews about the crepe restaurant next door-a really nice (loves to visit with you) manager. The owner is very prompt answering any questions. So very charming and I would highly recommend it.

My sister-in-law, teenage daughters and teenage niece stayed here for 5 days during our trip to Europe. It was in a fabulous location. We could get on the main metro line in a 5 minute walk and see the Eiffel Tower when we stepped out of the building. It had a funky washer/dryer combo that was very convenient. It was decorated beautifully and it had wifi, which the teenagers loved. The owners were very easy to work with as well. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Paris!

My family and I just returned from our trip to Paris and a lovely stay at the Eiffel Tower Suite. Paris was our second stop on a three-country trip and the decision to rent the apartment versus staying in another hotel was probably the best decision I made for the entire trip. The apartment was situated perfectly - a quick walk to the Eiffel Tower, Seine, and about three blocks from the RER (Paris Metro system). It's surrounded by Boulangeries, cafes, and on the bottom floor is a creperie run by the nicest man who is full of great advice about the city (and makes some incredible crepes). The beds were comfortable and while the TV only got a few English channels, who needs to watch TV in Paris? There was a local caretaker who was available 24-7 and who was extremely polite and helpful. It was such an experience living like a Parisian versus staying in another hotel. Long story short, we'll be staying in this apartment again upon our return to Paris!

We just returned from our dream week in Paris and had the great privilege of staying at the Eiffel Tower Suite. The name couldn't be any better.. You walk out and the Eiffel Tower is right at the end of the street - literally! What a fantastic apartment and brilliant location! We really couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Being able to walk to the Eiffel Tower every night and to the Champs du Mars was an excellent addition. There were 4 adults in our party and 1 child and it was perfect. Mark was extremely kind and helpful in answering all of our questions – which were plenty, since we were traveling a long distance with a two-year-old. The Washer/Dryer and DVD player were fantastic to have during the trip and helped in our attempts to pack lightly. The location is also very convenient to all public transportation and to a grocery store. There is also a very friendly café right next door (King Crepes) that was brilliant for a late night snack or café. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Paris and looking for a centralized, quiet and perfect location. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you Mark!!

We have just returned from spending an excellent week in Paris staying in the Eiffel Tower Suite. It couldn't possibly have been better named as the tower is literally at the end of the quiet road. This means that just a few steps down the Avenue Rapp brings you to the end of the fantastic park, Champs du Mars with its joggers, benches and views of that famous tower. We were also pleased to be so close to the major bus routes and metro stations taking us all over this lovely city. The apartment itself is clean and fantastically quiet. The owner, Mark is extremely helpful answering all questions promptly and comprehensively. We had a slight misunderstanding involving the cable TV which was much more restricted than we first were led to believe, plus there was no DVD when we arrived armed with lots of kids' films to keep our seven year old happy in the evenings, but this was very quickly sorted out to our satisfaction. So, if you're looking for a perfectly situated, quiet and relaxing place to base yourself for your stay in Paris, this is certainly a good bet.

We spent the first week of March at this lovely apartment. Very authentically French and a wonderful neighborhood. Be sure to visit the "Crepe King" restaurant next door, the owner is the most charming and friendly person and his crepes are wonderful! This truly is the perfect location in Paris; central to everything and easy to reach all types of transportation. We had 4 adults comfortably situated for our stay.

"We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in our favourite area of Paris and loved the feel of living like a local. The building is small, old and quintessentially Parisian and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is new and the bed is huge & very comfortable. The apartment is on the 4th floor & the lift is helpful for those with mobility issues. The apartment overlooks the courtyard so the only sound you hear are the building's residents as they go about their daily lives which we love. Step outside the building & look right and the Eiffel Tower looks down on you while to the left are the areas beautiful food shops, restaurants, bars and the Seine. What more can you ask for a romantic Valentine's holiday. Mark was very helpful with advice etc and provided lovely touches such as a welcome basket of food & drink essentials and transport back to the airport at the end of our stay. We have visited Paris many times but this was the best holiday by far.

Wonderful property! The bed was huge, and very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The second bedroom had a large dresser and closet. The owner was easily reachable by email, and responded quickly to our questions. The only drawback was the bathroom: the shower was very small and due to the placement of the controls it was difficult to use; the toilet was right up against the wall, and slightly uncomfortable. But most bathrooms in Paris have similar issues - I would recommend this apartment to anyone going to Paris.
