I was a little worried when I could not get a hotel in the right area of London, but almost by chance I found this two-bedroom apartment at the same price. With no reception and a requirement to prepay I was worried that I might end up with no place to sleep, but everything went according to plan. I phoned the number supplied (you have to rad all the emails they send !) and a taxi brought the key. The apartment was very roomy and clean and well equipped. I could have used a frying pan, but the only real drawback was a noisy neighbour whose small son was quite loud. the two bedroom had double beds so two couples could easily have stayed there (each with their bathroom). As it was I was alone and had enormous space all to myself (dining table for 6, living space with two sofas and a giant TV that I never had time to use).

Our family of 5 (19, 17, 15 year-old) stayed in the Regency flat between Dec. 31 and Jan. 6 and were absolutely satisfied. The apartment is clean and very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and a kitchen including anything a family need. It was quiet even during Chrismas holidays. Most of all, it is a 10-minute walk to Westminster Hall, Big Ben and the abbey and 15 min. to Trafalgar Square. Also, the Pimlico tub station is no more than 5 minutes and it is a main line to most of the major attractions (we went back to Heathrow through the subway). We took a couple of coach bus rides (Windsor, Stonehenge, Bath) and Premium Tours picked us on Belgravia Road, 2 blocks away. The interactions with Boutique London Lets (they reply very quickly to any concern) were very professional and helpful. To check-in, they gave me a number to call upon arrival and a person was waiting for us at the door to handle the key (even if it was on New Year's Eve at 5pm...). Rates are quite fair and the fees have been taken on my credit card as agreed, without any surprise. I recommend Boutique Lets without hesitation. Ps. For those who plan to visit Hampton Court, think twice - we were a little bit disapointed by the whole visit.

Great stay we had plenty of room for 4 people. We traveled using the tube and buses and walked and never had any problems. We were a short walk to The Tate museum, there were good Pubs and diners nearby as well as a number of grocery stores. We used TV, internet, dishwasher, stove and oven. We could have used better instructions on the oven but we figured it out. The flat was quiet. The internet had to be reset a number of times as it dropped out. This would be a great place to stay with children. This may not work for people with disabilities since there were stairs into the building and the shower/bath was awkward to get out of. I had some trouble with the web site but some always got back to me promptly. Be sure to have a map with you. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The apartment is located at a quiet neighbourhood with minimal traffic flow. The surrounding area is picturesque and the period buildings are worth taking snapshots of. Location-wise many of the main attractions are within walking distance, such as Victoria Tower Park, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. The are grocery store within reach and Pimlico station is a short leisurely walk away. The Neighbourhood itself is worth exploring so that's an attraction in itself:) Apartment is stock full of necessities and we only had to shop for edibles. We had a great stay!

It was in a very central location; 15 minute walk to either Trafalgar Square or Buckingham Palace. The apartment could use a little updating but was clean and quiet. I would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to London who doesn't want to stay in a hotel.

Having such a bright, spacious and clean flat in such a beautiful and convenient neighborhood made my stay in London that much more enjoyable. All of my interactions with the staff were professional and informative and helped to alleviate any stress I may have felt while planning the trip. I would certainly work with Boutique London Lets for future trips to London and plan on recommending them to any friends planning on visiting the city.

we enjoyed the unit very much. easy access to tube, trains, etc. nice location and walkable to westminster. pubs nearby. things to improve - signs at entrance hall directing visitors to the various units (we went all the way up before we realized unit was on ground floor) a few decorations or artwork on walls would liven up unit quite a bit.

We rented a two bedroom apartment from Boutique London Lets for 5 nights. We were travelling with our two young daughters and the location could not have been better for us. We were within walking distance of many of London's sights and attractions. There are grocery stores and restaurants an easy walk from the apartment as well. The apartments it's self was nice and clean and well equiped. The building is a very quiet one which was great for our first few days because the girls sleeping schedule was off.

The location of the flat was very good - really close to central London. However, we felt that the flat lacked character and was very bare - no books or games just the minimum - ie, chairs, beds etc. Having said that it was very clean and we had a good weekend. I don't think we would have wanted to stay any longer than our 2 nights though as the flat didn't have a very homely feel to it. Thanks for a good weekend.

Rating - five stars! The flat that I rented for my recent stay in London was fantastic! The booking process was easy, and the customer service was prompt and courteous. The 2-bedroom/2-bathroom unit was conveniently located near the Pimlico tube station, and within easy walking distance of local grocery stores, main roads, restarants - yet was very quiet and peaceful day and night. The amenities in the flat equaled or surpassed anything I'd expect at a finer hotel. My stay in London included both business, and some personal time - and I was so happy to bring my 21 year old daughter with me (while she was on spring break from college) for her first visit to the UK. This experience has also helped me learn more about, and use many of the online services connected with Google, and my gmail account. I am 100 percent satisfied by this recent experience and would recommend others to investigate the services and properties offered by Boutique London Lets. Sincerely, Timothy University Boston

The Regency apartment was in a perfect location just down the road from several underground stops in a semi-residential neighborhood with restaurants and little shops. The apartment was quiet and easily worked for my husband and myself and our grown son and his wife. Sleeping 6 would be more difficult,as some would be sleeping in the living room. The system for getting and leaving the keys was easy. I would certainly recommend this apartment and Boutique Lets.

Great location, easy access to the Tube at Pimlico. Walk to the Thames and many attractions. As noted fighting next door is problematic, as are the lower floor windows that provide very little security or privacy. Warm weather and the flat is hot even with fans though that does allow for good light during the day. The interior is clean and bright. The bathtubs are only for the fit. No handrails getting in and out and the slick tub bottoms are a danger. Most of the night street noise is minimal until around 7am. Taxi's seem to like to park outside the windows of the flat and talk and smoke. The area around the flat is nice and generally quiet. It feels safe compared to the US. If I was to come back to london I would look for a flat not at street level though only tall people can look directly in. It would be so simple to improve if desired by the owners with minimal expense.
Owner response:Thanks much for the review. You've done a good service for those who are considering the apartment for their coming stay in London. More information typically leads to better decisions, so we do give thanks for your comments. It seems that you must've stayed during one of London's unusual heat waves, because we really don't hear many complaints about the apartment's level of heat. We do apologize, though, that this caused some discomfort during your stay. An apartment on a street-level is highly desirable for some, perhaps not so much for others. We'd love to show you some of our other apartments, which range from the 2nd floor to the penthouse, in Central London areas. Do keep in mind that we offer a 5% loyalty discount to returning guests. We'd sure love the opportunity to show you another stay in a different apartment, which may better suit your desires!

We stayed in this flat for a week in June with our two children ages 11 and 14. The location was perfect for travel and sightseeing in central London. The pictures and layout accurately represent the flat. It is located within a ten minute walk to the House of Parliament, ten minutes to the Westminster Tube stop, and approximately 8 minutes to Pimlico. The neighborhood felt safe, and we frequently enjoyed walking around the area in the evenings, and appreciated having several pubs, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. The flat contained two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and an ample living area. It was great to have use of a kitchen, and a nice sized dining table in the living area, and we ate breakfast in the flat every morning. You must remember, however, that you are living in a residential neighborhood, and with it comes the occasional noisy neighbor. We had one small issue with a lack of hot water, and the management team responded immediately to help us sort it out , and from that point on we had unlimited hot water. We were pleased with this rental. The benefits far outweighed the negatives.

I stayed in the flat with 3 of my friends and it was perfect! Located in central London and near to all the sites. A small grocery store was around the corner and worked out well to buy breakfast food in order to not eat out every day.

We loved the flat and the area. The furniture was OK. The problem was the neighbours fighting half of night and noisy with the doors. They also had a baby that it seems they did not feed!
Owner response:Dear Clotilde, Thank you very much for taking your time to write a review on our apartment. We are delighted to hear that you have enjoyed your stay with us! Thank you for bringing to our attention the noise that you have been disturbed by from the neighbours. Please rest assured that we will pass this on to the neighbours in order to avoid further disturbance. We very much look forward to welcoming you back to Boutique London Lets soon. Best regards, Derek

Stayed here in spring 2010 and had a wonderful time. There were six of us and we were very comfortable. The area is clean and quiet in Westminster. Easy walk to the tube, river, and multiple sites. There are also many restaurants and groceries nearby. We loved the place and will likely stay again.

Lovely location and homely apartment: We stayed for only two nights with our daughter and elderly mother. The apartment was nicely decorated, warm and very clean with everything you need as a family. Also, the flat is on the ground floor, so not at all difficult to enter with our elderly mother. The area is second to none and the nearby attractions are really stupendous. There were chocolates on our pillow too. Nice touch! Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

4 out of 5 stars: Real London Living: My husband and three children stayed at the apartment July 2009. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Despite being on the ground floor, the building is very secure and the area is VERY quiet at night time, despite being very close to the centre of London. This apartment is ideal for families or two couples. The only downside is the difficulty parking, but this was the same across the city. Virtually impossible unless you’re a London resident! We'd like to say thank-you to the manager who came and showed us how to turn the oven on. ;)
