This beautiful, spacious, Non-Smoking, mountain home offers 2650 square feet of living space, and sits on five acres. It features a nice view of the Pisgah Mountain Range. There is a fresh, organic garden to pick from June through August. There is a basketball court for family fun. We also have a large enclosed treehouse with power, a futon and hammock that teenager's love.

The home features an open floorplan, extra-large windows, hardwood floors, a big kitchen, and a dining room. Amenities include high-speed computer access (or you can hook up your own laptop to cable). There is a large dog lot for your pet's use. We allow only highly trained, small dogs or cats inside.

Asheville is just 20 minutes away; and the Biltmore House is just 15 minutes. Maggie Valley, Lake Lure, Looking Glass Falls, and Sliding Rock are about 30 minutes. Smoky Mountain National Park, Roan Mountain, and Mount Mitchell are about one hour away. It's just ten minutes to Highland Lake Inn and Golf Resort, and five minutes to Interstate 26. This is a great area for tennis, golfing, hiking, antiquing, whitewater rafting, music concerts (famous Bel-Chere in July), and just plain relaxing.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* A $500 security/damage deposit is required to secure a booking. It will be returned within 15 days of departure, provided the home is left in its original excellent condition.
* Full payment plus the cleaning fee is required one month prior to arrival.
* If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, the entire amount of the rental - including the deposit and cleaning fee, are to be sent in the form of certified funds via next-day service. Two-week cancellation notice is needed for daily rentals.
* You will find our home very clean, organized, and comfortable. It will feel like your 'home away from home.'
* The home is occupied most of the year by our family so it must be extremely well taken care of and left in original condition.
* We will greet you upon arrival and go over any questions you might have.
* We also will fill out an inspection form with you and go through each room of the house, as well as the outside property to verify the condition of our vacation rental.
