I am a Semi-retired Real Estate Developer, that recently completed a book called "Florida Lifestyle Communities". I have visited most most recent Florida Lifestyle Communities and have concluded that Fiddler's Creek is by far the nicest Lifestyle Community in Florida.
I had my home in Mallards Landing built to custom specifications, creating a open plan that takes advantage of the magnificent lakefront view. We have a large screened Lanai with a gas heated pool and whirlpool. The home includes a full two car garage, gated entry with a designer fountain, a large great room, open kitchen, a oversized master bedroom suite, guest bedroom, two full baths and a den.
Inside, the home has high tray ceilings, faux painted walls, full ceramic tile floors, granite counters and stainless upgraded appliances. Mallards Landing is within a short walk to all the Fiddler's Creek Resort Facilities.

I am a semi-retired Real Estate Developer. We live at Fiddler's Creek during the season and on Long Beach Island, in New Jersey during the summer. We have just completed a new custom home on Mahogany Bend Drive at Fiddler's and therefore have decided to rent out our Mallards home for the next year.

The Unique Benefits of this House
We have made more great Friends at Fiddler's Creek than we had imagined and play Golf twice a week, Tennis about 4 times a week, do Fitness Training, Fish at least once a week, go on Boating trips, go to the Beach and do lots of socializing with all our new friends..
