This is a standard drywall constructed house and sets on a beautiful 4.6 acre wooded lot on the Gatlinburg side of Douglas lake with fantastic lake views. Its has 1540 square feet of living space plus two decks and gazebo totaling 500 square feet. The house includes 3 bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Kitchen, Morning room, Jacuzzi and other amenities. Unlike many properties that are located in creeks, this lake house is on the main lake channel just up the lake from McGuire Creek. This means roughly 1500 foot of water frontage year around! We love to ski and enjoy hiking the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The
lot is on a private road and peaceful. If we feel like being social, Dollywood, Pigeon forge,
Gatlinburg and Dollywood are close enough to visit anytime.
