Casita is cozy and secluded on a no outlet road. The patio is in the back of the casita and is among trees and gardens. Taos Mountain is your view out the front of the Casita. Your dog is welcome here and is safe and contained on the property. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, and to the Taos Plaza which is only 1.2 miles from the property.
Everything you will need is supplied for you. There is a 'Sombra' on the property where you can have a quiet private BBQ or just sit and relax with friends. Casita offers a cozy place to enjoy while you are visiting our beautiful town.

Year Purchased: 2002
I am retired and love meeting new guests. I have two wonderful friendly dogs that I rescued from the pound. They are both Golden Retriever mix females and they love company as much as I do. Gardening is my pleasure and joy along with cooking. Being Italian I love to cook Italian. Love to go off on day trips or even an overnight.
Why the Owner Chose Taos
I did not plan to have rental property! I had the Casitas built for family and friends but they were not filled all year. So I started renting them for short term. I have met many wonderful guests and have made lifelong friendships.
The Unique Benefits of this Casita
You are close to hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, hunting, sightseeing, and Taos Ski Valley. There are numerous day trips. For example you are only an hour or two away from Abiqui, Santa Fe, Jemez Mountains, Ojo Caliente, Cimmeron, Red River and Las Vegas, NM to mention just a few wonderful day trips. Or....you can relax in the "Sombra" and BBQ or read a book.
