Approximately 3,500 square feet, 5 bedrooms and a bunk room with a Bunk Bed and twin bed, 4 1/2 baths, 2 car garage, huge driveway for additional parking. Expansive decks and patios create great outdoor entertaining areas. The living areas are designed for entertaining large families with high ceilings giving you an open inviting feeling.
Large Master Bedroom has fireplace, 37" HDTV/DVD, oversized chair and ottoman, with views up the creek, jacuzzi tub and TV in master bath, Safari Suite also has a fireplace with remote, All 5 bedrooms have LCD or TV/ DVDs, feather beds and down comforters.

This is a three level mountain home design: Top level: street level has foyer, 2 car garage, 4th and 5th bedrooms and bath, Front yard patio with fountain. 2nd Level: Main living, dining, eat in kitchen with BBQ on kitchen deck, 1/2 bath, creek side wrap around deck off living and dining room area and bunk room off kitchen and 1/2 bath. 3rd Level: Lowest level is Master Bedroom Suite, Safari Suite, Gore Creek Suite and laundry room. This is a great location with easy access so guests can come and go at their pleasure. Once you arrive, you don't have to drive until you are ready to leave. Across the creek, you can walk the bike path to the Lionshead and Vail Village, or take the free shuttle offered at the Cascade Hotel into the Village.
Summers are unforgettable. The creek is so beautiful and in early summer, it sounds like the ocean. Play bocce, games or picnic down by the creek or try your hand at Gold Metal Fly Fishing right in our back yard! There are many activities offered in the summer, hiking, biking, horse back riding, rafting, boating and outdoor concerts and many art shows throughout the area. The Fall foliage is another must see time. Drive over Independence Pass or Estes Park and many more places just within two hour drives from the house. We also have our own "little aspen forest" in the front yard, the rustling sounds of the aspen leaves is so beautiful along with the sounds coming from the fountain.

During the summer months, the main living area deck has a 42" stone table with 4 chairs and a swing bench with coffee tables and propane heater for outdoor dining and entertainment. The Kitchen deck has a BBQ Grill. In the summer, in the back yard, there are outdoor wooden lounging chairs and tables, a 2 person swing, picnic table to enjoy next to the creek.

Ski-in/out from the Hotel/rent skis or boots from Charter Sports and valet skis at base of Chair 20 and walk through the hotel to the house takes about 7 minutes. Cal Spa Hot Tub on back deck on the Gore Creek. SUMMER: From the back yard you can try your skills at Gold Metal Fly Fishing in summer or winter. Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
The LOCATION IS GREAT! Close to everything but not crowed. Chair # 20 is like our own private chair lift we share with the hotel. There's Charter Sports and a ticket office at the base of the lift. Also, no lift lines!! Once you arrive, you don't even have to drive again until you're ready to leave. Our guests can come and go off the mountain with ease. The Vail Cascade Resort offers us the benefits of a resort but the privacy of staying in our home. The views are breathtaking of the mountains and especially being on the Gore Creek. We love being on the creek, the sights and sounds are fantastic. We are the only home in our area that is available for rent on the Gore Creek next to Chair # 20 lift. This is beautiful neighborhood of multi-million dollar homes. The saying is so true, came to ski - stayed for the summers.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Private playground on the creek. There is no I-70 traffic noise, just the sounds from the creek. Great location for families and only 5 minutes to activities and villages. Workout at the Health Club or Aria Spa, book a Spa Visit, located just 5 minutes from the house.

We bought the house for the location on the Gore Creek and EASY ACCESS to Chair #20 lift. No lift lines, valet your skis if you want, ski to Westhaven Circle and 5 minute walk back to the house, with NO HILLS to climb! resort amenities in our backyard, health club and spa. Our guests can come and go from skiing, spa, shopping etc without someone having to be there to let them in. We have easy access without using house keys. We have split our time between Florida and Colorado for many years, until the grandchildren started to arrive. Living on the Gore Creek, just steps to Chair #20 lift, is the best of both Winter/Summer and Fall.
