8 of my female relatives ranging in age from 37 - 78 had a marvelous reunion week in this beautiful condo. The unit was just gorgeous and very spacious, and the 180 degree view was breath taking. The beach, the lazy river, pools, hot tubs and fitness room were just the icing on the cake! We came from as far as San Francisco, CA and loved exploring the area too. We will definitely be returning to this same condo on the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My family rented this beautiful condo for Spring Break. It was exactly as it was described and much more! The living space was twice as big as it looked in the pictures! The 180 degree view was absolutely breathtaking,! The pictures online do not do it justice! The overall facilities at the Phoenix West were convenient and very family friendly. I have a 5 year old, 11 month old, and a handicapped mother-in-law and this condo could not have been more convenient and accessible from children to elderly people. We loved our stay and will be renting the same unit again next year! Wonderful experience!!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Our family of four spent a week in this beautiful condo! It's nicely appointed, roomy, tastefully decorated. We couldn't have asked for more! The building has a nice indoor pool with two hot tubs, an outdoor lazy river with a slide and hot tubs as well as a nicely appointed, very roomy fitness center. We really liked the fact that the beach was right there, We wish we could have had warmer weather but we definitely wouldn't have changed a thing about the condo. Highly recommended.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We brought 4 couples for a golfing week and we were more than happy with our stay. The owner was more than accommodating when it came to helping us with golf courses, dining, and entertainment ideas.It was our first time to the area and Tom made it a great experience. The condo was more than we expected as it is very spacious well appointed and unbeilable views. We loved this condo! It is large and well decorated. My grandchildren wanted me to rent it for next year. The owners were helpful and available. The "Lazy River" was a special treat and the location on the beach was convenient for the entire family. One of the most enjoyable condos we have ever stayed at. Plenty of room for our family and decorated very nicely. Everyone in our party had a great time and we will definitely be booking this condo again. Owner was very easy to contact and he always emailed me promptly with answers to my questions and concerns. This is a great place for the whole Family. We found it exactly as advertised. We enjoyed being able to be on the lazy river, the pools and workout room, as well as the fun on the beach. All our kids and Grandkids said they want to go back again. Everything that we needed was supplied in the rental. Thanks again for the wonderful facility. We rented this condo for our son's beach wedding weekend. It was excellent for our 3 grown children and their families. The condo is very spacious with a huge balcony which is great for your morning cup of coffee. It had everything we needed. The accommodations were luxurious. We vacation about twice a year on the coast and I can say that is the best condo we have rented thus far. Our grandchildren enjoyed the lazy river and slide as well as our grown children.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My friends (8 girls ages 21-39) and I had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous place from April 12-15, 2012 for my bachelorette party. It was like staying at a rich relative's place while they were away. The pictures really don't do this place justice. It is beautifully decorated and absolutely HUGE! The balcony has superb views of the beach and a wonderful ocean breeze. The Phoenix West is just minutes from everything! It's even a short drive to reach the outlets, Lambert's Cafe, LuLu's, the Flora-Bama, and there is also a Wal-Mart and a Publix really nearby which is extremely convenient. I can't say enough good things about this place. We are all talking about planning another girls' trip next year and we wouldn't hesitate to book this place again! If you are on the fence about booking it, please look no further- this is the place! There were 9 of us girls and we had plenty of room- including bathroom space! We also enjoyed the lazy river! But most of all- we enjoyed the ocean view from the condo and the beach just steps from the pool. Beautiful property. Truly beautiful!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our first stay @ Phoenix West. This condo was gorgeous with a perfect view. The pictures do not do it justice, it had everything we needed. We had 8 adults and did not feel cramped, the unit was very spacious. The balcony was wonderful for relaxing and watching the ocean and spring breakers. One day we saw some dolphins play out in the ocean. The Lazy River was a nice touch that most of us enjoyed. A couple of minor repairs were taken care of the next day by Thomas who was great to work with. All of us really enjoyed our week in paradise and plan to come back whenever we can. Would recomment this unit to everyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The condo is very beautiful and clean. I love all the glass windows so I can see the water and beach from inside too. The balconey is huge. The beds are very comfortable. We had one of our sons and his family come for a week. It works out very well for children. Then I had my siblings come.......it works out very well for adults too. We never felt crowed even though there were seven of us. All of our visitors were impressed with the condo as well. We were there for a month and still didn't get to all of the restaurants that we had planned to go to. If you are into bicycling there are many places to do so. The sand on the beach is very white and soft. Most people seemed to walk barefoot. If you like casinos, they are about an hour and a half away. We had a wonderful time.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

My siblings & spouses took our parents for a weekend at the beach to this wonderful paradise on the beach. Everyone (8 adults) had their own room and bath, lots of room to relax, visit, and enjoy each other, and plenty of room for everyone to eat together. The condo was beautifully appointed, lacking for nothing. This was the first time my family had stayed at Phoenix West and this condo was the perfect choice. What a beautiful view of the ocean from our large private balcony. The kitchen was well designed. I loved the large laundry room and extra bath. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. Our extended family stayed here and everyone loved it! Our ages ranged from 65 to 6 month old twins and consisted of 4 families. There was plenty of room for everyone including our 3 pack-n-plays for the babies. We actually met the owner of the unit while we were checking in and she was very nice. Beach access was amazing and views from the condo were breath-taking! Kitchen was great for our large family to eat together. Bedrooms had plenty of space and very nice. Hazel's, a nearby restaurant, had all you can eat seafood that we all enjoyed one evening. It was very kid friendly too. Lamberts is a must do while you are here! Wonderful meal and excellent service. Alligator Alley is a great attraction for all to see. Nearby pier is a great place to go fishing. Cold Mil Dolphin Cruise was great and saw many dolphins! The Blue Angels Parctice is a must seein nearby Pensacola! Just a wonderful place to call home while you enjoy all the area attractions. The ocean is beautiful and kids love collecting the shells on the beach. We stayed the week after Christmas. Party of 11 and there was plenty of room. We had a problem with a toilet but he had it fixed. He was awesome to rent from. We are renting again for same time in 2011. Indoor pool and hot tub was so nice. Staff at the Phoenix were very helpful. View was great. Covered parking for me was a plus. The condo was beautiful, and well-equipped. When we had one minor problem, the owner responded immediately (on a weekend) and it was corrected, The rental process was easy and the staff at the Phoenix West were also very attentive. Great location. Beach and the water in the Gulf were as clean as ever, despite the oil spill. Would recommend Cobalt's restaurant - ate there three times during the week.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Unit 1109 at the Phoenix West was wonderful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was so spacious. The furnishings were great and the view was beautiful. You could not ask for a better place for kids. Between the lazy river, water slide, pool, beach and indoor pool/hot tubs there was never a dull moment. I think some of our adults even joined in on the water slide with the smaller ones. We hope to be booking our trip for next year at this same spot soon!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at this condo 6/18-26/2010, and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything at this condo & resort were great. Thomas was great to work with & very helpful. The media is over stating the oil issue in this area. The oil crews are doing a great job cleaning up any spots found, and this had no impact what so ever with our stay. Best vacation we have ever had!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This Phoenix West Condo is just beautiful and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the view of the gulf and the great breeze the corner unit provided. It was so comfortable and felt just like home. So much so that we found ourselves spending the evenings around the dining room table enjoying family game nights! WOW! This unit was unbelievable. It was decorated so beautifully. We loved how big the family room and dining areas were.
