You will be astounded by breathtaking views of our beautiful mountain scenery and that of Lake Dillon and the excellent central location of this 3BR/3.5BA townhome!
The local FREE Summit Stage bus stop is located just right outside the door from our unit. Summit County provides us with this free bus system and the service will take you to Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Frisco, Copper Mountain or Breckenridge to ski or snowboard or to do any other winter and summer activities you have in mind.
The Summit Stage also stops at the City Market, one of our larger grocery stores just a few minutes away by bus. In the summer the buses have bike racks on them so you can load up your bike or one you have rented and hit the road at your final destination. The bus schedule is provided for you in our townhome.
You will enjoy the family area with an outstanding kitchen, dining table with room for 6 and a breakfast bar that will seat an additional 5 people and comes complete with staple foods, flour, sugar, spices, and oils along with baking ingredients.
Our living room has cozy gas fireplace, comfortable couches and flat screen TV, DVD player along with some movies/books to enjoy when the weather isn’t conducive for outdoor activities. The townhome is very spacious - 2001 square feet and comfortable for everyone who stays here.
Each bedroom has a bath and its own thermostat so you can set the temperature to your liking. The home has in-floor radiant heat so your floor is warm even on the coldest days/nights. There is a port-a-crib in one of our closets if you need it for your little one.
We also have supplied a queen sized and two twin inflatable mattresses should you need extra sleeping space.
The Silverthorne Recreation Center, Silverthorne Factory Stores (shopping), Vitamin Cottage (organic food store) are all located within a few minutes’ drive from this stunning property. The Silverthorne I-70 interchange is conveniently located within a couple minutes drive.
Denver is about 60 minutes away via I-70, Vail in 35 minutes, Breckenridge in 25 minutes, Keystone in 10-12 and Copper is only 7-10 minutes away and of course, all travel times are weather permitting.
We have also provided for your convenience, a secure wireless connection so you can stay in touch with the world while you are in Summit County.

Why the Owner Chose Rolling Ridge
We fell in love with Rolling Ridge at first sight. The top quality construction and high grade materials make it a "five star" accommodation. There is plenty of living space to enjoy the company of family and friends and the bedroom arrangements give much more privacy than other vacation homes. We love trying different ski resorts, and from this townhouse they are all convenient by free bus or car. The views of the mountains and Lake Dillon are relaxing yet you're close to all activities.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We love the gourmet kitchen and large open family area. The private garage offers easy and secure ski or bike storage as well as parking. Our family members and friends can do anything they want from this townhouse - hop on the bus for skiing, hiking, biking, shopping or stay home and relax with a beautiful view. If that isn't enough we can go to the Silverthorne Activity Center - less than 5 minutes away.
From I70 take Silverthorne exit (exit 205) go north approx. 1 block take left on Wildernest Rd (seven/eleven at the intersection), Wildernest Rd turns into Ryan Gulch Rd - turn left onto Ryan Gulch C

This townhouse is owned by two brothers and their wives. We live in Wisconsin and Tennessee but love to vacation in Colorado with family and friends. We have long dreamed to own property in one of the greatest ski locations in the world.
