"SPECTACULAR"..."BREATHTAKING"! These are all words that have been used to describe our wonderful 2-bedroom ground floor oceanfront Condo.

You want oceanfront? You got it! Many condo descriptions say "oceanfront" when they actually just have a view of the ocean. It doesn't get any better than this. There are also very few ground floor 2 bedroom units In West Maui. Our guests love the accessibility of just walking out the Sliding door and your 20 feet from the heated pool and 20 feet from the “TIKI DECK”

Your condo is located roughly 15 feet from the edge of the ocean! If you are not careful you might get WET. The view from our wrap around Lani is “UNPARALLELED”! The Sunsets will take your breath away. It’s not uncommon for Maui seasonal visitor “WHALES” to be seen playing a stones throw form your Lani. Your condo is a 2 bedroom with 2 full baths and is fully equipped. Now keep in mind both of the bedroom and bathrooms are located on the ground floor. That means no stairs to hassle with. The Master Suite has a King size bed and a fully appointed bathroom. The second bedroom has a pair of twin beds that can be made into a queen. We also have an Aero bed for your convenience if need be.

The living room has a Hi Def television with dvd/vcr and stereo. We have mirrored one entire wall in the living room. It adds a sense of spaciousness. An added benefit is that people sitting on each side of the room can view both the television AND the Ocean at the same time.

"THE DECK" is one amenity that just can't be described properly. It's fabulous! It's the only one we know of that's built over the edge of the ocean in all West Maui! Each morning and evening you can view our sea turtles from the deck. It holds 3 large gas grills and tables and chairs for your use and comfort. I can't imagine a better place to cook a meal or just sit and enjoy a majestic Maui sunset than on the deck.

We can sleep 6 people very comfortably. King bed, Twins that can be converted into a Queen bed and an Aerobed that is very very comfortable. We tried sleeper sofas but they are uncomfortable to sit on as well as to sleep on. Our guests love the aero bed.

The condo is spacious and it's located close to shopping and dining. It's a "can't miss" choice! Please be our guests. You will return. It doesn't get better than this. Make your plans now, you'll love it!

  • We stayed in room #126 in September 2009. It was so comfortable and clean; great comfy bed, and the sites and sounds from the patio were breathtaking! Having a ocean front view was priceless. We faced West, and saw the islands Lanai and Molokai, with beautiful nightly sunsets beyond the gracious palm trees blowing away. I took numerous great photos from this area alone. You can see sea turtles and whales from the ground floor patio when the sun was setting. This Condo was the best place I ever stayed due to the sights, sounds, and the convenience to shopping.

  • "..Your place is everything you promised and more! The sunsets were incredible! We barbequed and ate on the lanai almost every nite. It was nice that it was only a little complex, it was like having our own private pool and oceanfront. You can go out 100 yards and still stand in the water. We snorkeled right in front of the condo everyday!

  • "First impressions are everything, and we couldn't have asked for a better one than we walked into your condo! The condo is decorated beautifully and the view is spectacular. We saw one of the most beautiful rainbows we've ever seen one morning right after a light morning shower. It was post card material. Sailboats cross in front of you all day long and waves crashing on the shore lull you to sleep at night. We BBQ’D every night on the wonderful Tiki deck. We met some wonderfull people. We wouldn't stay in any other place. Thank you very much for the use of your beautiful condo. The next time we're in Maui, this is where we hope to stay Thanks Greg”
