The condo has had lots of updating over the past few years in the Hawaiian motif. It is clean, comfortable and has newer mattresses, sofa, paint and flooring. It is fully equipped-all you need to bring is your bathing suit and a few clothes and personal items.
The Kihei Kia Nani complex has abundant well kept Polynesian gardens and landscaping. The on site pool is very large, well furnished and newly resurfaced. The entire complex is very well kept and pleasant. It has an on site laundry room, a resident manager, office and handi-man services at all times. There is a night guard on duty every night.

Carolyn Turner, retired, realtor for many years. Live in Colorado and love spending time in the mountains. I also love spending time in Maui enjoying the ocean and clean beaches. I have a husband, 7 children, 12 grandchildren and 1 sister; many of them join me in Hawaii when I am there and we enjoy that.
