Located just south of Santa Cruz, we affectionately call it “Hello, Beachhouse” because that’s what we say when we walk in the front door… and you will, too! Luxurious, comfy and newly remodeled top to bottom, it features all the amenities you would expect... plus more... for a wonderful vacation on the beach. This 2-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront townhouse sleeps 6 and is fully furnished right down to the 12 new fluffy white towels and bed linens.

Each bedroom features your own ocean view complete with ocean sound effects and brand new pillow-top beds. A king in one bedroom, and two extra long twins that can be made into a king featherbed in the other bedroom…just let us know your preference. One of the bedrooms doubles as a library with enough summer books to keep you enthralled for the entire vacation. Loads of closet space, a flat-screen cable TV, full bath, and washer & dryer complete the bedroom level.

Walking down the stairs to the main floor will take your breath away. There is nothing between you and the ocean! Walk through the living room onto the deck and breath the salt sea air. The beach is just down the stairs.

After your beach walks, the pebble floor bathroom on the main floor is perfect for a quick shower. The full bath on the upper level has a tub and mirror enough for all to get ready.

The living room sofa turns into a queen sleeper, thanks to one of Crate and Barrel’s latest designs. Whether you want to curl up or open the bed to relax, you will love the entertainment center with the Universal Remote connecting to the newest Blu-Ray/DVD player, 40” flat screen cable HDTV, iPod dock, 35 Netflix movie choices, and Pandora internet music. There is also a wireless internet connection for your convenience.

The dining area seats 6 to 8 comfortably with a spectacular ocean view.
Your kitchen has it all, including new counter tops and large stainless sink. The dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, gas stove and microwave are available just in case you feel like cooking. There is service for 8 in flatware, dishes, and plenty of glassware for cocktails…and meals. A blender, toaster, coffee maker, and gourmet cookware give you options for any meal choices.

Is there anything better than sitting back in a comfy chair, listening to your favorite tunes while sipping your favorite beverage and watching the surfers, seals and pelicans enjoy your favorite front yard... the beach?
