We hope you enjoy our beautiful luxury oceanfront townhouse on the sand at La Selva Beach. Located just south of Santa Cruz, we affectionately call it “Hello, Beachhouse”. Luxurious, comfy and newly renovated top to bottom, it features all the amenities you would expect for a wonderful vacation on the beach. This 2 level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront townhouse sleeps 6 and is fully furnished right down to the new fluffy white towels and linens.

Each bedroom features your own ocean view complete with ocean breeze. The new pillow-top beds feature a king in one bedroom, and two extra long twins that can be made into a king in the other bedroom…just let us know your preference. One of the bedrooms doubles as a library with enough summer books to keep you enthralled for the entire vacation. Loads of closet space, a flat-screen cableTV, full bath, and washer & dryer complete the bedroom level.

Whether you want to curl up or open the bed to relax, you will love the entertainment center with the Universal Remote. It will connect you to the latest Blu-Ray/DVD player, 40” flat screen cable HDTV, Pandora internet music and 35+ Netflix movie choices. We also have wireless internet for your convenience.

There is service for 8 in flatware, dishes, and plenty of glassware for cocktails…and meals. A blender, toaster, coffee maker, and gourmet cookware give you options for any meal choices.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week when my 3 kids were on vacation (12, 9 and 8 yrs old). We were in heaven at Hello Beachhouse! The home is immaculate and exactly as described. The view and location on this beautiful stretch of beach takes your breath away the second you walk in the door. We were able to cook a complete Thanksgiving dinner for our family of 5 in the kitchen and had all the amenities needed there to do it. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds and even the great Pottery Barn sofa bed downstairs were. We zipped over to Capitola for an afternoon and had lunch on the Santa Cruz pier the next day. The kids collected tons of sand dollars on the beach, saw dolphins and just thouroughly enjoyed having (nearly) a private beach to themselves. My husband and I loved waking to the sould of the ocean every morning and the sunset on the deck. We can not WAIT to go back to Hello Beachhouse!! (Chris, the owner, was also wonderful to work with! Easiest and clearest rental transaction ever. Thank you for sharing your home with us!)

A lovely, lovely home right on the beach. Perfect in every way. The master bedroom bed looks out at the beach, and we so enjoyed the sunrise. We brought wood for bonfires and watched the sunset. We had family at the beach enjoying 70+degree weather on Thanksgiving weekend! How amazing is that? This home has everything you need to entertain. We will be back. Thanks so much for a very restful, long weekend filled with family, friends and the best beach in northern California.

For a Family of Five, Hello Beachhouse comes alive. We've been there twice, and it's extremely nice. The kids are all ages, three, nine, and fifteen, but none inbetween. Easy access to the beach, lets them come and go as they please. They're easy to watch from the balcony, especially when there's a nice breeze. We'll go again, that much is certain. See you next summer. It's really fun.

We rented the Hello beach house 2 summers ago. Every summer we rent a beach house somewhere in the US for our family of five. We still talk about our trip to this house and from time to time I still check the availability for a return visit. Hello beach house the absolute perfection. From the new modern but comfortable crate and barrel furniture to the sound of the waves the ocean air, the linens, the old book collection to browse thru. I could go on and on.The location is the very best! Just steps away from the beach. Our three kids loved it and are still talking about this home. We did have a chance to go back a few months later for a weekend trip. The owner was so kind and easy to work with. I am writing this today because I have yet to find a beach house so perfect for us. We do like to try different parts of the country but I just assume stay here. You will love this place and never want to leave. I hope to return too.Thank you ! Tracy and family

As we drove down from Tahoe to the La Selva beach house, we talked of all the plans we had made for our 3 day weekend. Boardwalk, dinner in Capitola, clothes shopping etc. However, once we arrived and saw the location of the property, the long stretch of unobstructed beach and breathtaking ocean views, we decided we weren't going anywhere. This location can't be beat. You can hear the waves from the bedroom, from the deck, even from the kitchen while cooking dinner. The stereo and tv system are so user friendly, and the outside speakers were a very nice touch. After enjoying a picturesque sunset BBQ, you can meander down the walkway to enjoy a bonfire and glass of wine. Absolute perfection. Only problem is that we didn't book it for a week. Next time we'll know better, and I can't wait until next time.............

One word really describes this place, WOW. We felt at home the moment we walked in the door. Very comfortable place, incredibly comfortable beds, great kitchen, BBQ on the deck. And the location is perfect, over looking the best beach in Santa Cruz. We loved the easy beach access and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean at night. Great owners who were wonderful to work with as well. Can't recommend this place highly enough if you are staying in the Santa Cruz area.

I think about the view at Hello Beachhouse often. We've stayed here twice and have enjoyed ourselves completely. The home is lovely and clean. The beach is right below you and it's relaxing and not too crowded. Hello Beachhouse is our favorite getaway.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay on the water near Santa Cruz, with all of the comforts of home and more, stay here. Sit on the deck and be amazed by the unobstructed ocean view or take the few steps to the beach for a bonfire or beach walk. I have stayed here several times and at different times of the year. Each visit it just gets harder to leave. Golf is a 5 minute drive, shopping and restaurants are 15 minutes. Relaxing, beautiful and fun is how I describe Hello Beachouse.

WOW, what an amazing weekend we had at Hello Beachhouse! From our first impression online to our next experience as we drove to the beautiful location of the condo, to the last day of our trip...we LOVED every minute we were there! The condo is CLEAN, CRISP and was EXACTLY what we were looking for! Had every amenity needed and we look forward to our next visit. We won't look anywhere else! Sad we had to leave!

This was a great place to stay during our vacation to the US Open 2010. It was a 30 minute drive to Carmel/Monterey -without traffic, however we were there during a major event. It is nearby Santa Cruz but sheltered from traffic noise. It was a comfortable place to come back from walking around Pebble Beach.
