  I have not yet had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful condo, but the services I have received from Kathy is simply WONDERFUL! You will receive quick responses to all of your questions! She is so sweet, that I have officially adopted her as my sister!!! Kathy~~Thank you so much for working with me! You are THE best! If I could afford it, I would be back in July! I'm looking forward to my stay in this magnificient condo and you should look forward to a glowing review!

  What a great way to spend a vacation, the condo's furnishings were first class. We had plenty of room to spread out even with Tropical Storm Debby lurking off of the coast. She didn't dampen our spirits, after she cleared out the water was clear and blue. Thanks Kathy for sharing your condo with us, should we return we would definitely want to stay in your condo again.

  The view from this condo was excellent! Everything about the condo is just as described. Very comfortable, beatifully decorated, more than adequately furnished. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were great...they were quick to respond to questions and very helpful and friendly. My family and I are looking forward to vacationing at this condo again.

  Three couples got togeather at this condo for a long awaited vacation and everyone just could not say enough good things about this place. Everything is top of the line. From the furniture, beds, TV's to the oven and fridge. We were all very impressed. Loved the location, out of traffic but within eye sight of anything you could want. We go on vacation once or twice a year and this byfar was one of the best places I have ever stayed. For sure I will stay here again.

  We had a wonderful time this week at your property!! Our family had plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Everyone with their own bathroom made getting ready a breeze. We spent most mornings at the beach relaxing in the chairs that were included with the rental. The nice "chair guy" even worked out a price for an extra chair each day and kept us together. Your condo is definately beautifully decorated and is well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and made for a nice nights sleep. My husband loved the reliner in the living area and the large screen tv. I don't think anyone else even got to sit in the chair. Of course, no one complained because the couches were just as comfy. Since the unit is on the end of the building, we never heard any noise from anyone and the views were spectacular. Another thing my husband and I noticed was that the property, in general, is well maintained. There was a very active presence of property management around while we were there, not in a disturbing way. We were pleasantly surprised by all the changes to Panama City Beach since having being there last. Pier Park was great and of course the tried and true standards are still around. We found Palazzo to be a very convenient location. Everything we wanted to see or do was just a short trip. I would highly recommend staying at this property!! We didn't want to leave!!!!

  The Palazzo is amazing. I guess the best review I can give it is that it felt like home. Everything was clean, beautiful and we lacked nothing that was needed to make this vacation perfect. There is so much room on the balcony and we used it every night to watch the sun set over the ocean. I would highly recommend to rent this place for your next vacation. We had a wonderful time it truly is a beautiful home to stay in while on vacation.

  This was our 3rd summer trip to PCB. The owners of this condo pulled out all the stops in this vacation rental. The pictures do this place no justice! It was beyond what we expected!!!! The condo was well maintained, spotless, and spacious with plenty seating for all. There were 7 in our party and not once did we stumble upon one another even while out on the balcony. The kitchen was equipped with top of the line appliances and the necessary pots, pans, and utensils in order to cook a few meals. The beds were sooooooo comfortable. We slept in every morning. It's the comfort you look to have while away from home but never get....This Condo HAS IT! The view was amazing. We were even able to spot dolphin swimming a few times during our stay. The beach was clean and never crowded. As for the "Gulf Oil Spill"???? We saw NO oil on the beach AT ALL. The owners were very approachable with our questions and provided quick and accurate answers without hesitation. While there, most of our time was consumed on the beach but we did get a chance to visit Pier Park and enjoy live Reggae music one evening at Reggae J's. This Condo was amazing. I believe that we have found a new vacation spot for as long as the owners will have us! You will not be disappointed with this rental.

  I can not conceive how our trip to Panama City Beach could have been better. The accommodations were superior. The apartment was immaculately clean and furnished with all the essentials and niceties. We lacked for nothing and I made good use of the outdoor furniture. The location allowed for all the conveniences w/o the congestion found in other locations. Being on the fourteenth floor with a super large corner balcony allowed us to relax in privacy and enjoy the sun and breeze w/o of the hustle and bustle of the beach. The corner balcony also allowed us a superior view of the beach and water activities including beach weddings conducted just out from the Palazzo.It is good to know that we’ve found our perfect location and will return soon if the timing works.
