My name is Garrett and I worked in the Tampa bay area for years as a realtor. I now live in Boston fulltime but my parents Carol and Mel help me out to be the best host possible to our guests.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Harbor
This was my primary residence for years and I really enjoyed living there. I decided to keep the home after I moved away, because it was such a great place to relax and enjoy the warm weather and visit my family.
The Unique Benefits of this House
My favorite thing about this house is the privacy. All the windows face the backyard landscape. Its a really interesting layout. I also really enjoy the jacuzzi after a long day. The neighborhood is great for walking and safe for kids because of the family vibe. Everyone watches out for eachother. Also, the home is really accessible to stores, the beaches, restaurants, coffee & bagel shops etc.
