Why the Owner Chose Palm Harbor
This was my primary residence for years and I really enjoyed living there. I decided to keep the home after I moved away, because it was such a great place to relax and enjoy the warm weather and visit my family.
The Unique Benefits at this House
My favorite thing about this house is the privacy. All the windows face the backyard landscape. Its a really interesting layout. I also really enjoy the jacuzzi after a long day. The neighborhood is great for walking and safe for kids because of the family vibe. Everyone watches out for eachother. Also, the home is really accessible to stores, the beaches, restaurants, coffee & bagel shops etc.

We stayed in this home Aug through Dec 2011 and loved it. Great home, beautiful furniture, and lovely neighborhood. The landlords, Garrett, Mel, and Carol, are all wonderful and the property is exceptionally maintained. I highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area and hope to return myself.
Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We just stayed there May 2011 and the only problem we had was not staying long enough. You will not go wrong staying here. Very clean, quite and private yet close to beach's, shops and restaurants. I would recommend this to anyone.

My husband I stayed at this home In March and April. It is a beautiful home, the pictures don't begin to show you how lovely it really is. The owner was so helpful with the couple of problems we had.We also got to meet him. You would not be disappointed staying here.

This is a beautifully decorated house with so many amenities. The owner couldn't have been more accomodating to our needs and requests. Kitchens and bathrooms are fully stocked. Quiet neighborhood great for taking walks and close to many great restaurants. We were very comfortable here, and would love to stay again!

What an awesome house in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The entire house is newly remodeled with high quality upgrades and furnishings as well. The hottub is a great addition to have while on vacation. Easy access to everything in the area
