This a charming 2 bedroom house with gated secured off street private parking. Extremely large master bedroom with queen bed and a separate pull out sofa bed, sitting area and DirecTV. 2nd bedroom has full size bed with DirecTV.
Living room/ dining room has large leather sleeper sofa. Nice sunroom, outside patio with picnic table and grill. Beautiful cascading waterfall koi pond with 2 flowing streams and foot bridges.
We offer parking for one car inside the secured gated parking. Parking is available on the street. We can offer air condition but the rate will increase slightly.
We are nestled between the hills of the Silverlake and Edendale. Off Glendale Blvd where the 2nd freeway ends.
There are two separate private bungalows on the property, our family resides in one the back one is the vacation rental. The bungalow is hardwood floors in the bedrooms and carpeted in living/dining rooms.
We are in a central location easy access to the 2, 5 and 101 freeways. We are located in a family residential area. Glendale Blvd. is located and the bottom of our street which is one of the main streets headed to downtown L.A.

We had a wonderful & relaxing stay at this bungalow. Everything were well prepared before we arrive. The place was very clean, it has comfortable bedding, spacious bedroom room, fully equipped kitchen, clean toilet, free wifi and almost everything you need is in there. We arrived late but we didn't have any hassle at all. Even the neighborhood was safe . It's only a 10 mins drive to Universal Studios and Hollywood and so close to nearby famous retail shops and restaurants. Very convenient! Even the owner was very easy to talk to. Didn't have any problems at all. For a very reasonable price, this is a perfect place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend staying here to everyone!

Came in from Phoenix, AZ after a long drive was greeted by Chuck who helped us with our bags, set up our laptop and informed us of all the local attractions and places to eat. House is super clean and were made us feel welcomed. Centrally located. LA is a busy and noisy place but this place is a tad slower and up in the hills sorta away from it all. Great time, hope to see the Banana forest all grown up when we return one day .Cheers

If you're looking for a place where you can be comfortable and well cared for very near downtown LA, I would recommend this one. My colleague and I attended a conference downtown and found the location very convenient (just 10 minutes away on surface streets). Our host, Chuck, was most agreeable and helpful and was willing to be flexible when we needed to leave a day early. I wouldn't get too excited about the koi pond and banana trees in the very small backyard. This is not a place to hang out and is very close to the traffic from the freeway. The price is right,though, and again, if your destination is downtown LA, this is a good option.
Recommended for:Sightseeing.
