This apartment is brand new and it is lovely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is in a second floor of a building with elevator and the area is really safe and quiet.
The flat is ideally located in Barcelona close to the “Sagrada Familia Church” of Gaudí and Barcelona downtown. The area is full of supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The bus stops and the metro is just two streets from the building, and in 15 minutes you are in the center ( Las Ramblas ). The street name is Valencia 347. Metro stop: Verdaguer

Why the Owner Chose Barcelona
For me, this location is great. Because is next to the metro station Vergaguer (Yellow Line, the same that you have use to go to the cathedral, beach and many touristic places. And the blue line) And also, because the building is charming and very secure.

We are the apartment's owners and we love this apartment because is very well decorated and also the location is great, in a very quiet area and very well connected with metro and bus. Also I am sure that all the people who rent the apartment is going to be very comfortable there. Because I am, also is very nice the contact with the tourist.
