The sunny, spacious great room invites you to relax while enjoying TV or a movie on a LCD TV and DVD player. There is also broadband wireless Internet available. The kitchen comes fully equipped for either cooking-up a quick snack or a full course meal. Dine at the breakfast bar or kitchen nook with a beautiful view of two intersecting canals.
The master suite has a comfortable queen-sized bed, LCD TV, and the en suite bath has a walk in shower. One guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other guest room has twin beds. The both share the second bath.
You can enter the newly built, oversized lanai through the sliders of the kitchen nook, great room, or master suite. Swim in the new custom pool and barbecue with family and friends. This villa also features your own private dock and boat lift, bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, portable grill, fishing poles, and crab cages.
With either a morning cup of coffee or tea, or an evening cocktail, observe the beautiful herons, jumping mullets,otters,and maybe even an alligator or two.
