Excellent location, owners showed up in a timely manner to show the apartment and amenaties. Plenty of space for six easily and 8 with the foldout couch. Well maintained. I would recommend. On the weekend the street noise can get lively. The clothes washer was important after traveling a week before arrival. It was unusual to see a restaruant named Nebraska just two blocks away. Grocery stores within easy walking distance or 1 metro stop. The metro is just outside the front door making all attractions and sites easy to get to.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We Loved Madrid ! There were so many wonderful things to do and to see. Your apartment was located perfectly for everything we wanted to do, many attractions within walking distance and Metro access is just behind the building. The kitchen was very well stocked and we liked having the supermarket right across the street. You responded very promptly during the reservation process and answered all the questions we had all along the way. We would definitely recommend your house. We were so confortable.

Great location, very clean, a lot of shops and interesting sites in the area, right next to metro station with 3 lines. Excellent view. Very comfortable to live in with many amenities, a real home. Everything was wonderful. well equipped, great location, good beds, and very close to food, churches, transportation, and an internet cafe. 2 lifts in the building. Highly recommended!!!"

Apartment centrally located per description, next to theater district w multiple american named restaurants, shops and markets. Metro: Plaza Espana, just downstairs. Apartment very spacious, w good storage space, comfortable but needs a little more attention on cleanliness (very dusty). Poor quality linen w mediocre bedding, kitchen appliances not all working (dishwasher/microwave). Working washing machine-no dryer, need to air dry clothes. Kitchen fully equipped but cabinets disorganized, not very clean. A/C only in living room and in master bedroom, not in all rooms. Owners brought in stand up fans to use due to heat wave. Owners very helpful during check-in and easy check-out process. Would recommend this propety if location is important rather than ammenities and cleanliness.
