Secluded and private lake house on the sunny side of Rockford Bay. Probably the best bay on the lake. A short 35-40 yard walk to a small community area which includes a 16' boat slip and diving pylon. Play on the lake and relax at the peaceful house. Plenty of sun and shade if you want it. Cherry, apple and cedar trees, and wildlife abundant.
Front and back lawn to play. Large rooms which include updated kitchen, sunroom, rec room, living and dining area. Awesome lake views from deck, sunroom and bedroom. 2 car garage and parking for more. RV/trailer parking available (no pump out). 1/2 mile from active and new Blackrock Marina, convenience store and Shooters bar and restaurant. Plenty of activities close by. Incredible Silverwood Amusement Park, includes 5 roller coasters and huge water park. Perfect vacation with so many options.

I am a biotech salesperson working in the hospital setting. My friend and I purchased 3 properties adjacent to each other starting back in 2004. He is a dermatologist. We enjoy this part of Coeur d'Alene lake. It is only busy on Saturdays and then peaceful and calm the rest of the week.
Why the Owner Chose Rockford Bay
It is probably the best location on the lake. It is also adjacent to another piece of our lake properties.
The Unique Benefits of this Lake House
This house has the best of everything. You have easy access to water through a 3 family community area, very private and seldomly used. The home is surrounded by trees and brush. Plenty of shade and sun whenever you want it. Spruces and fruit trees outline the two yards. It is back enough from the water to enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to have the "lake" experience. We have a property on the water but prefer to stay at this property.
