The master bedroom has a large walk in closet , private bath and French doors opening to the pool area . The guest room has a large closet and is adjacent to the guest bath.
Furnished with a combination of tropical inspired and antique furniture this home is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Pool, lawn and plant service and utilities are included.
While any time is a great time to be in Florida and our home is available for rent year round, summer is often overlooked. In summer the water is warm the beaches, stores and roads less crowded and fishing is at it's best. Come enjoy the locals' and natives' best kept secret- summer in Florida.

We really enjoyed and loved your pool home...Had a GREAT time!! Can't wait to return next December...We love the Port Charlotte area too....Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We have really enjoyed our stay here so much, we do not want to leave! My husband, our 20 year old son, and I , moved into this rental home for several months, while we look for a home to buy. It turned out, that if this were for sale, we would have bought this home. We absolutely love the tropical forest surrounding the home, the quiet mornings in the lanai, and the very large pool! It is like being out in the country, but drive just a few blocks, and you have Walmart, Walgreens, Publix, etc. The home was very clean upon our arrival, very well stocked,and comfortably furnished in a variety of styles to suit everybody! The owners are extremely respectful of your privacy, very friendly, and easily available if you need them.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities.

If you are looking for a 'home away from home', this is it. The property is completely private, extremely clean, expertly maintained, close to restaurants, shopping, and water fun. The landlords are friendly, easy to contact (not that you will need to) and very aware that you want your privacy. The house is very well equipped. Any little thing that you might desire for a comfortable stay is there. - everything! I would recommend this place to any and all looking for a great place, with a pool at an excellent value. Thank you for your hospitality.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Everything in the listing is accurate. The house is immaculately clean and the owners bend over backwards to make your stay the best it can be. It is close to Walmart, Publix Grocery Store, Walgreen's, CVS and many dining establishments. The owners are the best landlords anyone could ask for. We would recommend this property to anyone.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities.
