This delightfully comfortable, single level, three bedroom home with two, spa-style bathrooms was designed and built by Pierre Bourriague who continues to build unique homes-as-art in Santa Cruz County. From the master bedroom, you are just steps away from the pool and spa where you can enjoy a good soak under the stars or moonlight. Luxury linens, down comforters and plush cotton towels will comfort you. The bathrooms have natural shampoos and conditioners. This is a pet friendly home with Saltillo tile throughout.
The two acre property is an entertainer's delight with a large, gourmet kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, Viking gas range with 6 burners and gridle, double oven, SubZero refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker, wine refrigerator, microwave, all dishes and a full set of utensils and cooking accessories, 14 cup coffee maker, toaster, and ample designer concrete countertops. The outside grounds are peaceful and serene and include multiple patios, meditation garden with fountain, a 40’x18’ pool and built-in 8'x6’ spa, wood burning pizza oven, BBQ, dining area and fireplace to spend those evenings that you don’t want to end.
The property is also gardener's paradise with a park-like setting. Trumpet and wisteria vines cover the many trellises on the grounds. You’ll find your soul, sooth your body and enjoy one of the special places in all of the Coast of California. Welcome!
