Interior Designer decorated 2 BR/ 2.25 BA, luxurious apartment. With views of Eiffel Tower and of park, comprising a large living room w/terrace, dining room w/terrace, first bedroom w/terrace, second bedroom, one full bath with toilet, one bath with a shower, and a second separate toilet and a separate kitchen with breakfast corner. There are views of the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The terrace is adjacent to the living room, the dining room and one of the bedrooms. It has views of a park.

One bedroom has a queen size bed and a LCD TV, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be reunited into a King Size bed. An additional bed can be supplied for a child or teenager. 4 adults + a teenager maximum, or 2 adults and 3 children etc...

The apt. is fully equipped with top of the line appliances. It has Internet Wi-Fi, telephone w/local calls only and TV with International Chains. Washer, dish-washer, fridge, deep-freezer, micro-wave, boiler, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, TV and hair-dryer.

The apt. is very bright. It is on the 5th floor (6th Floor US Count ) with elevator. With its prime location, this apartment sits near the River Seine, right across the Eiffel Tower Park and within easy walking distance of the Tower and of the prestigious Arc de Triomphe and Champs_Elysees.

THE AREA - "Paris Chic".

Right across the Eiffel Tower...

Known as the "Paris Chic", this area has some of the city's most famous sights and attractions.

An elegant district, that grew from two small villages – Passy and Auteuil. Fine houses line the quiet avenues, concerts are regularly given by the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra, horses trot along the sandy pathways, the hamlets are shrouded with foliage...

The district makes for surprising architectural tours. Looking for Guimard, the sandstone building of the Perret brothers, rue Franklin. Visiting Le Corbusier, square du Docteur-Blanche.

It is the perfect base for exploring Paris: The Eiffel Tower, The Trocadero, Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Modern Art Museum, Le Bois de Boulogne, are major attractions reachable within minutes.

Rue de Passy, steps away, is a famous place to browse for fashionable new clothing. At Place de Passy, you will discover an amazing covered market leading on to rue de l’Annonciation and a church just past a row of delicatessens, greengrocers and wine merchants..

It's definitively a pleasant area with plenty of Cafés and restaurants, fashion shops, "boulangeries" ( bakeries ) with delicious croissants, fruits and vegetables shops, flower shops, wine cellars, cheese shops, banks with ATMs, post office, etc...

The Trocadero, with its terraced gardens and it's spectacular view of the Seine and of the Eiffel Tower, is crowned by the Palais de Chaillot with the important Museums of Navy and Mankind.

Seventy-one artists decorated the Palais de Chaillot and a quartet of architects designed the Palais de Tokyo and its white colonnade. These are the gems of the famous 1937 exhibition "Exposition Universelle"!

The area around the Eiffel Tower is on a fitting scale to the tower itself. On a clear night, The Eiffel's beam sweeps through the sky in a radius covering 80 kilometers. The spectacle is awesome and one feels so small in this grandiose area with its massive buildings and vast green spaces!

  • My wife and I just returned from a week-long trip to Paris. We were first timers in Paris and we opted to go with this 'Passy' apartment thru USAParis. The trip was a blast, the rental process was painless, and the apt was perfect. The apt was very tastefully decorated. Nice appliances including a washer_dryer (very handy), wireless internet, a nice view, spacious, and comfortable. It’s located in the 16th on a quite street just a 3 minute walk to the Passy metro station and very close to the Pont de Bir Hakeim. I found the location to be nice retreat from the hustle. It’s on a quiet, residential street but close to the Seine & to the Eiffel. The rental experience was easy and painless. They had provided a document listing local businesses close to the apt, transportation tips, and restaurant recommendations nearby. During our stay, a representative called early in the week to make sure everything was ok with the unit. And they were easy to reach via email during the stay. The apartment was exactly as advertised on their website. I would not hesitate to rent with USAParis again.

  • We just spent 4 days/nights in Paris staying at this apartment and loved it. The apartment was spacious and clean and in a very quiet, family oriented neighborhood. The apartment was a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower and easily accessible to the metro and bus for other sites. Passy Street provided lots of places to eat/shop. USA Paris was also very professional to work with and helpful in suggesting transportion to and from the airport. Highly recommended!

  • The apartment was exactly as described. It was easy to access the city with the metro two blocks away and the view of the Eiffel Tower from the main bedroom was enjoyable. Would stay here again.
