- We are located west of 101 in the heart of downtown Encinitas. The beach is just few short walkable blocks away. There are many wonderful restaurants and shops 1 block away. The train station is 5 blocks from us. The famous Del Mar Racetrack is only 10 minutes away. For fitness we have a CrossFit training center adjacent to property. We are happy to provide you with classes, private training and group training. Many yoga studios are 1/2 to-several blocks from us.

Specialized personal CrossFit training packages are available to our tenants, or if interested, SEAL FIT training which is more rigorous and includes mental toughness and warrior leadership training. Please inquire with Mark if you are interested in this unique training, done in conjunction with Sensie Kawika Phelps, 10 dan Ninjutsu Master and former Navy SEAL. Walking distance to to Swamis, a world renowned surf break and access to downtown Encinitas just steps away and includes bars, restaurants, shopping and coastal train. San Diego attractions are all within 10 - 45 minutes drive, and include Balboa Park Museums (30 min), San Diego Zoo (30 min), Wild Animal Park (45 min), Legoland (10 min), SeaWorld (30 min), La Jolla Cove (10 min), Navy SEAL Training Center (BUDS - 40 min), Camp Pendleton west coast home of the US Marines (10 min), and great desert and mountain camping and hiking 1-2 hours away.
