The Beach Manor is located within the beautiful Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort just east of Sandestin. After entering the gated community, you follow the winding roads to the end, and there you will find the Beach Manor positioned directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities within the building include seasonally heated pool, oversized hot tub, fitness room, steam and sauna, covered parking, gas grills downstairs for grilling, large lobby on first floor for your gathering and socializing.
Relax and enjoy life at the beach in this sixth floor casual tropical two bedroom two bath unit. Relax on your balcony and watch the dolphins swim by while viewing the emerald green waters and sugar white sands. There are DVD's in the living room and bedrooms for your entertainment.
Tops'l Resort offers 52 acres of beautifully landscaped property for you to explore. For those who play tennis there are 12 rubico courts and numerous tennis packages to select from. Pros are available for those who want lessons. Jogging trails are enhanced with mature landscape which makes your outing more pleasurable. Onsite you have fine dining at the Ocean Club Restaurant. This is a great place to enjoy delicious food, cocktails, perhaps some live entertainment and dancing. Located in the complex next to the Beach Manor on the Gulf is the Pavilion. Tops'l Beach Manor and Resort allows more than just a stay. It is an experience! Nature surrounds you with 52 landscaped acres bordered on the south by our sugar white sands and emerald green waters. It is ranted one of the top 50 Tennis Resorts in the world. For your convenience there is a tram service that runs every half hour to take you where you want to go on the property. There is a very nice upscale restaurant on property "Ocean Club", and beside the Beach Manor there is a outdoor Tiki Grill by the poolside. Tops'l Beach Manor provides covered parking, a seasonally heated pool, hot tub, washer and dryer in each unit, fitness room, steam and sauna. The largest benefit is the endless view of the beach and coastline looking east and west.
