This cute and cozy cottage is less than a mile to the beach and is in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Located on a dead-end street with access to canal fishing and boating, this home has everything you need for a great vacation. Kids can ride bikes to the boardwalk and beach or play basketball in the road. During summer months, the beach trolley stops at the end of the street every 30 minutes and Bethany parking passes are included, allowing you to park away from the pesky meters in town. Off season, it's an easy walk or bike ride to town.
The new front deck is perfect for relaxing. The Great Room is popular for late night card games and can double as "kids only" space! We hope to give you and your family a happy, affordable vacation.

I have vacationed in the Bethany area since I was a child and now my 3 children love to spend time at our cottage.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Bethany is a great area for both adults and children. The boardwalk area has plenty to keep the children occupied and yet Bethany is within 15 minutes to great restaurants, clubs and entertainment in nearby Ocean City, Dewey and Rehoboth.

We just got home from our stay and it was great. The house was a perfect fit for our family of five, including one teenager, one toddler and one dog. It was comfortable, clean, close to the beach and quiet. We will definitely come again!

My husband, our dog and I spent four days in this cute cottage and really enjoyed out visit. The location is great and the house is very homey, particluarly the fact that there are towels, linens, bikes, etc. - even condiments are provided (so many beach rentals are stripped bare!). A great value - we will definitely recommend it to our fellow dog-owners.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was located on a quiet street, was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and grill and the parking passes came in very handy for beach and shopping access.

This property served our needs perfectly! It is nestled on a quit, dead-end street only 1 mile from the beach. It comes with bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, parking permits, every kitchen utensil you could ever need or want, cozy decor, tons of board games, and towels/sheets! My family had an amazing time and the house was everything we expected it to be and more! Very clean and well kept. Extremely friendly neighbors :-) We WILL be back!

We had such a wonderful stay over Spring Break! The house is just too cute, with all of the comforts of home! Our three children just loved the great room with it's giant checkers, big screen TV and all of the games! They also liked how there were windows in the house that opened up into the great room. My husband and I were able to watch The Masters in one room while the kids played happily in the other. The beach was just a short drive away and the kids enjoyed the lovely park down the street. We already are talking about a return trip and I'm trying to hammer down a date for a Girls' Weekend! Thanks, so much!

This is our second year staying in this property and every year gets better! My kids and I consider it our home away from home. Quiet location and safe neighborhood for kids to ride bikes, trolley ride to beach or walk to boardwalk for dinner. Easy access home and very kid/pet/family friendly! We will be back!
