This cute and cozy cottage is only 1/2 mile to the beach and is in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Located on a dead-end street with access to canal fishing and boating, this home has everything you need for a great vacation. Kids can ride bikes to the boardwalk and beach or play basketball in the road. During summer months, the beach trolley stops at the end of the street every 30 minutes and Bethany parking passes are included, allowing you to park away from the pesky meters in town. Off season, it's an easy walk or bike ride to town.
The new front deck is perfect for relaxing. The Great Room is popular for late night card games and can double as "kids only" space! We hope to give you and your family a happy, affordable vacation.

The Unique Benefits of this House
Bethany is a great area for both adults and children. The boardwalk area has plenty to keep the children occupied and yet Bethany is within 15 minutes to great restaurants and clubs in nearby Ocean City, Dewey and Rehoboth.
