You can travel 20 minutes South to Ocean City, MD boardwalk, ride the rides or go to Jolly Roger Water park. Or head North 20 minutes to Jungle Jim Water and Amusement Park and shop the Outlets in TAX-FREE Rehoboth Delaware.

Year Purchased: 2003
I am a 23 year old who bought this home to live in, then bought another home more inland. I decided to rent this home to assist me with mortgage payments and allow my sister to stay while she is home from college. Eventually, we would like to build a new home in this same area. It's proximity to the beach holds a lot of the area's value. It is a nice close-knit community.
Why the Owner Chose Other Ocean View Properties
I love the area, and I especially love living so close to the beach. It allows me to be away from the traffic and still get to any place I want to go, quickly.
