Our house has all conveniences of home. It is conveniently located approximately 2.5 miles west of Hwy. 59 off West Beach Blvd (Hwy 182). Gulf Shores small town atmosphere makes your visit to the beach comfortable and easy. Spend the afternoon browsing boutiques, gift shoppes, and galleries, or hunt for name brands at local outlet stores. "The Warf" in Orange Beach and the Tanger Outlet Mall, one of the South's largest factory outlet malls, are only a few miles away.

The Unique Benefits at this Duplex
It is a quiet, private and has panoramic view of little lagoon. It has Ocean access just yards away but is surrounded by water on 3 sides of the home! It has great fishing and is a wonderful place to get away from the hustle of the high rise but is also a great place for the whole family!
Great Place to eat for the whole family. They have wonderful Buffalo Chicken fingers!!
Great Shopping! Our Favorite restaurant is here- Ginni Lane, They have the best crab dip and seafood. My favorite meal is the Fillet Mignon with crab meat on top! Right across the street from Ginni La
