Or take a stroll to the more active Resort area. Everywhere you go you can enjoy the Ocean views with the wonderful breeze. You can even see other Islands from here, like Saba, Statia, and St. Kitts when it's a clear day.
You can also see the airport from here, so you can check which airplane is coming in or just leaving. This area has many beautiful villas and is a residential area.

Year Purchased: 2000
We moved to St. Martin in 1988 after spent numerous vacations here, we just loved the Island with it's beautiful beaches and waters and friendly people. We started a business here and still have The Art Gallery in the busiest streets in Philipsburg. We still enjoy the Island everyday. St. Maarten is our home now.

You can walk to the beach and it's 5 minutes from watersports activities. The views from the villa and balcony are absolutely stunning. It's a very quiet and peaceful area. If you like you can rent my Jeep Wrangler Sahara with the apartment.
