Excellent well water; no need to bring drinking water; Comfortable living room, large eat in kitchen, 2 sunrooms, balcony/deck, large dock with ladder, full kitchen, microwave, stove, 2 refrigerators, ceiling fans. Clean waterfront for good swimming; gradual incline beside dock; deep off the end of the dock. Southern exposure. Flat area behind cottage for games etc.
Easy access to Hwy. 7 and Sharbot Lake area, groceries, medical center, etc. Kennebec is a great lake for swimming, fishing and boating. Cottage well situated away from quiet road for safety. Sit back and relax in a Muskoka chair in the deck or dock; lots of family games available; play cards in the sun room. A great place to relax and enjoy summer.
