Enjoy the cool breezes while sitting on your private balcony overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf. This condo is directly on the Gulf with only a few yards of green lawn between you and the white sand. The building is extremely low density with only ten units so you practically have the beach to yourself.
The property is located along beautiful 30-A in Blue Mountain Beach which is between Grayton and Seaside a few minutes to the east and Gulf Place a few minutes to the west. Local activities include bike riding (with bike rental shop only 1/2 block away) along the bike path of 30-A, golf at the Santa Rosa Golf Club a few minutes away, or shopping at nearby Seaside or SanDestin which is only about a 15-20 minute drive.
Also enjoy the numerous fine restaurants in the area or shop at one of the nearby fresh seafood stores and create your own culinary delight.
SUNSEEKERS #3 (sleeps 4-6)
The condo has two bedrooms, two baths and the floor is newly tiled with carpet in the bedrooms. There is a queen bed in each bedroom with a queen fold out sofa in the living room.
SUNSEEKERS #7 (sleeps 4-5)
The condo has two bedrooms, two baths. There is a queen in each bedroom, one of the bedrooms always has a twin.

Amazing View!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Unit 7. The condo was clean and very roomy. The view was breathtaking, as the water was crystal clear and the sky was as blue as could be. The location is wonderful with a very short walk to the water's edge. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony, where we saw dolphins playing in the water more than once. Ended our day on the beach with a glass of wine as the glorious sun set into the beautiful ocean. If you can pull yourself away from the beach, there are many great restaurants and lots of fun shopping nearby. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this condo for a relaxing get-a-way for two or bring along another couple or family members to share in the fun and beauty of one of the most beautiful beaches in God's creation. We can't wait to return!
