Beautiful 2400 sq ft. home located in the charming Broadwater community in south St. Pete just minutes from everything. House has just completed total renovation to totally new condition. New porcelain tile and carpet floors, new entertainment kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops looking out over pool and water, also large family room looking out over pool and water.
Dock with 10,000 lb boat lift if you are a boater. Home is located on second canal in from Boca Ciega Bay with the town of Gulfport, known for arts and dining just minutes away. Home has 3 bedrooms and sleeper sofa in family room giving it the capacity to sleep 8.
Fishing is as good here as anywhere in the country with Grouper, Snapper, Seatrout, Redfish, Pompano, and of course the "Silver King"- Tarpon a 200 lb plus gamefish tail-dancing for your pleasure just yards off the beach.

If you're looking for a great location for holiday in Florida, this could be the one. For 6 (8) persons the house is perfect, and there is room for anybody both in- and outside. Great pool, great view. The house was better then expected. Clean, well maintained, lots of towels and sheets, good information. Close to beach, shopping, great nature (fishing if you would), supermarkets, restaurants. And placed in a quiet and clean community. All in all we can only give this house our best recommandations.

This home is everything in the pictures you see and more. It is in a lovely neighborhood, beautifully decorated, comfortable and visually pleasing. We had 6 family members staying together from all over the country and couldn't have picked a better location. It is convenient to St. Pete beaches and 10 minutes from beautiful downtown St. Pete. The open kitchen centralized in the common family room made for a great place to hang out and provided the cooks with an unobstructed view of the water and all activities happening around them. Everything was clean and gave us the feeling of a home away from home. If you want a place where all can gather together, this is the perfect spot. We enjoyed the pool, rented a boat and used the dock. This was our first time renting a house and I would gladly stay here again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
