This nice condo (Unit 305) is filled with the Aloha Spirit. Enjoy its wood laminate flooring, colorful area rugs, tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean unit, and a relaxing view of ocean. Bedroom has white plantation shutters, a firm Cal King bed, extra pillows and linens. Hawaiian tropical artwork, and soothing wall colors mimic the ocean hues. The galley kitchen is completely stocked with utensils, quality cookware (no aluminum or Teflon), wine glasses, tropical dishes, all the amenities for elegant eating in.

The concrete building is solid, with an elevator that will take you all the way to the roof. Quiet hours keep the evenings relaxed. No matter that our condo is on the third floor, the view is breathtaking. KBR is just a short walk up a little hill across from one of the best beaches in Kihei.

We purchased this condo as our home away from home. One day we will retire on Maui. But until then we want to share the Aloha Spirit with others who would like to stay at our condo. Maui is a magical place. Kick back and take your shoes off. Go swim with the honu (turtles) and feel the rushed side of life slip away.

ALOHA! I know you'll think I've lost my mind. But trust me, get out of bed at sun up, go across the street to the beach and snorkel with the turtles, they feed at sun up and sun down. What a great unexpected treat. (lots more comments about the activities in Maui........) Really, really enjoyed your home and the staff downstairs. The 7th floor BBQ area in the evenings to grill out and watch the sunset. Can't wait to return. You bet we'll be asking for 305 again! A BIG MAHALO!

Aloha, friends! Finally, Carlos and I got to come back to our condo for a vacation. Last year we spent time on the East Coast in New York State, D.C., Canada and Virginia. It was great to see new sights, but Maui always calls to me. I loved reading about what you did while you stayed at our condo. There's nothing like immersing yourself in Maui's beauty, enjoying the ocean, restaurants, shopping, sailing, and lolling about. Carlos and I had a fantastic time island-hopping between Kuaui, Oahu, and playing tourist guide for my sister and brother-in-law. If you like a very slow pace go to Kuaui, city life - visit Oahu, or stay on the best island right here is Maui. We bought a few new things for the condo to make your stay pleasant: a 32 inch LCD TV, a new bed (which is firmer than the last one), a new coffee maker, new toss pillows, towells, & bedding. Boy, Macy's loved us shopping there!. This is our last night here and we really hate to leave. We might come back this fall but it depends on work commitments. I miss my little dog , Hana, so going back to Sacramento will be a happy event seeing her again. Until we return, enjoy yourself and please write about your good times in Maui. With much Aloha!

This is our 6th trip to Maui and hope to some day call it home. Met a realtor showing the unit next door (304) and he's showing us around, so who knows! Maybe we'll be neighbors some day! Ohhh so lovely! We three, Herb, Suzie & our 7 year old Brooklyn are from Lake Havasu, Arizona. We are not used to such a green, moist climate! Where's the dry heat & cactus Ha! What a gem of a place. Mahalo

My husband and I were married in Maui in 1995........not only is your condo homey, confortable but I love your bed, I've slept like a rock. Personally, I've stayed here 3 times and find out its to be the best price. Close to everything and not so touristy. I think you are a wonderful decorator. The fans are an excellent idea. Mahalo for coffee and sharing your home away from home. Oh! I also love your pillows, they're so soft.

We had a such wonderful time! We've been to Kauai, but this was our first trip to Maui. What a beautiful spot. We really lucked out with several amazing snorkeling trips surronded by turtles! plus a glimpse of whales from a boat trip. Fantastic! The location of KBR was so convenient for everything we wanted to do and the pool & view sealed the deal......we'll be back! This was a bit of a "last hurrah" for us as two-some though.....there will be 3 of us come September! Next time we'll need a bigger unit. MAHALO!
