This beautiful carriage house is in the Tierra Hermosa Community. It is located centrally and is close to stores, restaurants, downtown, casinos and Parks. The wonderful community swimming pools, Jacuzzi and BBQ areas are less than 50 yards away.
The private entry foyer has access to a two car garage, which gives it the feel of a single family home. The spacious interior has been tastefully designed with brand new Furnishings - King and Queen bed sets, mattresses, appliances, wood blinds, furniture, 3 LCD Televisions, DVD and Blu-ray players with apps, iPod Dock and CD players, ample new towels and linens. In addition we offer a computer for your use, wireless printer, Hi speed 10 Mbs wireless access, your very own private phone messaging system and free long distance calling within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. There is a new barbecue on the patio.
The spacious granite kitchen and bar area with bar stools add a wonderful touch when entertaining. The dining table is expandable to seat 6. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and have plenty of closet space, as do the bathrooms.

Rich and Rob: We enjoyed our stay very much! We also appreciate all your help and kind gestures. The condo is VERY comfortable and well appointed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Dear Rob & Rich: Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations. We truly enjoyed our stay in the condo in April 2010. It was a dream to be in such a scenic area. Great views from the condo. We stayed at the Tierra Hermosa condo for the month of March, 2010. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we stepped into the condo, we knew we would love it there. The condo was spacious and very clean. The owners, Richard and Rob, who reside in Palm Springs, were great. If there was anything we required, we just called and they attended to our needs immediately. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. The condo was well located, within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. We would definitely recommend the Follies to anyone and our favourite Itialian restaurant was Al Dente located on North Palm Canyon Drive. There are many good hiking trails located fairly close also. We would definitely return to Tierra Hermosa again. Thank you Richard and Rob for a wonderful month.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
