East Street Retreat is a beautiful Victorian home and is perfectly located just steps away from Elkhart Lake's beautiful sandy residential beach.
This large Victorian home has four spacious bedrooms with two full baths and is the ultimate family retreat or vacation getaway with a group of friends. The bedrooms consist of 3 rooms with queen beds and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a set of bunk beds. All of the rooms are decorated with an eclectic flavor consisting of antique furniture from local dealers providing a very relaxed and comfortable feel throughout.
Outside you will find an open porch perfect for soaking up the sun and taking in the beautiful views, a screened-in porch perfect for curling up for a cat nap after a round of golf, and a patio area perfect for a barbecue after a relaxing day at the beach.
Elkhart Lake offers beautiful clear, blue water and sandy beaches for swimming, boating and fishing. It is located minutes from Road America. Also, Sheboygan County was ranked third in the nation as golf destination by Golf Digest. You can try a new course everyday, throughout the week.

We have 4 grown children and 3 granchildren. We have been coming to Elkhart Lake for 35 years. We've stayed at Schwartz's, Siebken's, Barefoot Bay and The Osthoff Resort. This is the 1st year we rented a house. The family really enjoyed staying in this great house for the week. It is spacious and we could spread out more and enjoy a lot of family time together. Most times we had breakfast at home and lunches by the beach. We stayed at home and cooked dinner 2 nights but the other 5 nights we went out to dinner. Twice to Lola's. We love Lola's. We have several other places we go to dinner every year...Schwarz's, Paddock, The Back Porch at Victorian Village and of course breakfast outside at Otto's on the day we leave for home. We like Siebken's for dinner also but their main formal dining room is only open when there are races in town. It was a great trip and hope to rent this lovely home again next year.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
Excellent property! We will be back!

This property was even better than advertised. The garage was great, the grill was brand new, and the A/C worked well. Beds were comfortable. Absolute best location in town. You can crawl home from Siebkins!
