Our vacation home is on a large lot, directly on the water, and our screened, covered deck is the most perfect place any time of day! The beautiful views include upriver, downriver, and the interesting cliffs. The water is about 15 steps away! Some of the wonderful amenities include:

There are lots of activities, whether you are inside, or out! Or just relax with a book on the deck!
Our enjoyable vacation home is approximately 1000 square feet, newly renovated, very clean, and sleeps 6 adults very comfortably. We allow an additional two children at no extra charge. (The kids can sleep on the deck!) We have central air conditioning, with ceiling fans in the living room, master bedroom, and the deck.
One bedroom has twin beds, the large master bedroom (on the other side of entertainment wall and screen--not entirely enclosed) has a King bed, and an extra cushioned, comfortable Queen Sofa sleeper is in the living room. All have new linens that are feather free.
A handy main split bath with sink and shower, and a sink and toilet is located between the dining room and twin bedroom, with access also from the living room. There is also a separate half bath off the master bedroom (next to the laundry room). This also has a convenient additional entry from the deck.
A lovely dining room that seats 8 comfortably adjoins the kitchen (the table has a built in extra leaf). There is second television which is also viewable from the kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the view from the window overlooks the cliffs and water. There is a stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and a coffee maker.
The large, bright living room has a game table with 4 chairs, a very comfortable couch, and additional chairs, along with an entertainment center with a stereo. The large windows surrounding the living room allow you to watch all the outdoor activity! There is a 42” plasma television with dish network, and a DVD player. There are also puzzles, books, games and DVDs for all to enjoy!
Outside we have a large covered double carport that has plenty of room to park your boat trailer in addition to your truck! You also have use of our gas BBQ.
Because we are located in a recreation park, the recreation park rules must be obeyed at all times, and are posted in our welcome journal.
Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING are allowed. No daily maid service, unless requested mid-week (for an additional $150).
The minimum stay is 3 nights. There is a $375 deposit due at time of booking (which is the first night’s rental, and also includes a $150 non refundable cleaning fee). The remaining balance is due three weeks before the first night’s rental.
CHECK IN: Friday at 4 PM, with checkout on Friday at 10 AM.
RATES: $225 per night, or $1350 per week (stay 6 nights, get 7th free!) April 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010. For Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekend (3 nights), there is an additional charge of $75 per night (There are also applicable State taxes not included in shown rates)
For October 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010 (off season) the weekly rate is $980 (or $140 per night). Please contact us if you are interested in longer stays.
Absolute maximum capacity is 8 adults. There is an additional charge of $25 per extra adult (over six adults), per night.
Must be over 25 to check in. Please bring ID for check in.
If you have any special requests, please let us know. For instance, we can have groceries stocked for your arrival (with 48 hour notice and an additional charge).
