Our vacation home is on a large lot, directly on the water, and our screened, covered deck is the most perfect place any time of day! The beautiful views include upriver, downriver, and the interesting cliffs. The water is about 15 steps away! Some of the wonderful amenities include:

There are lots of activities, whether you are inside, or out! Or just relax with a book on the deck!
Our enjoyable vacation home is approximately 1000 square feet, newly renovated, very clean, and sleeps 6 adults very comfortably. We allow an additional two children at no extra charge. (The kids can sleep on the deck!) We have central air conditioning, with ceiling fans in the living room, master bedroom, and the deck.
One bedroom has twin beds, the large master bedroom (on the other side of entertainment wall and screen--not entirely enclosed) has a King bed, and an extra cushioned, comfortable Queen Sofa sleeper is in the living room. All have new linens that are feather free.
A handy main split bath with sink and shower, and a sink and toilet is located between the dining room and twin bedroom, with access also from the living room. There is also a separate half bath off the master bedroom (next to the laundry room). This also has a convenient additional entry from the deck.
A lovely dining room that seats 8 comfortably adjoins the kitchen (the table has a built in extra leaf). There is second television which is also viewable from the kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the view from the window overlooks the cliffs and water. There is a stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and a coffee maker. Truly a "cook's" kitchen with salad spinner, garlic press, etc!
The large, bright living room has a game table with 4 chairs, a very comfortable couch, and additional chairs, along with an entertainment center with a stereo. The large windows surrounding the living room allow you to watch all the outdoor activity! There is a 42” plasma television with dish network, and a DVD player. There are also puzzles, books, games and DVDs for all to enjoy!
Outside we have a large covered double carport that has plenty of room to park your boat trailer in addition to your truck!--and room for additional car. You also have use of our gas BBQ.
Because we are located in a recreation park, the recreation park rules must be obeyed at all times, and are posted in our welcome journal.
Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING are allowed anywhere on the premises. No daily maid service, unless requested mid-week (for an additional $150). The greenbelts between the properties are for anyone and everyone's use.
The minimum stay is 3 nights. There is a $428.61 deposit due at time of booking (which is the first night’s rental, taxes and a $150 cleaning fee). The remaining balance is due sixty (60)days before the first night’s arrival. There is a $300 refundable damage deposit due five days before arrival, payable by credit card.
CHECK IN: 4 PM, with checkout at 10 AM, (can be flexible when possible)
Absolute maximum capacity is 8 adults. There is an additional charge of $25 per extra adult (over six adults), per night.
Must be 30 or older to check in. Please bring ID for check in. No bachelor, bachelorette, or other "wild" parties allowed. We have very watchful neighbors, and if there is evidence of such you will be removed from the premises immediately.
2011 RATES: $240/night, or $1440 week (Stay 6 nights, get 7th FREE!) April 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011. For October 2, 2011 through February 2012 (off season) the weekly rate is $1050 (or $175/night). For Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends, there is an additional charge of $75 per night. (There are also applicable State taxes not included in shown rates) Preferred six adults, but will allow 8, at $25 each (for two additional) per night
Absolutely no more than 8 at any time! The deposit (with six adults) is $428.61 (which is the first night's rental, plus $150 cleaning fee, and taxes). The balance is due 60 nights before your arrival date.
If you have any special requests, please let us know. For instance, we can have groceries stocked for your arrival (with 48 hour notice and an additional charge).

We have rented this property twice in the past couple of years. The house is very clean and has a wonderful location. We find it very accommodating with great access to the water, golf, and all the fun Crescent Bar has to offer. The kitchen is well stocked, beds comfortable and home owner very easy to work with. Looking forward to our next stay :)

We had a wonderful stay here. The trailer was clean and roomy. It was so nice to be right on the water. With our boat being right there we would just pack up for the day out on the water. The trailer was VERY clean and had everything we needed. We will definately be staying here again.

I would like to start off by saying THANK YOU, we had such a great family vacation!! Your place was clean and very well stocked with everything you would need on a vacation. I loved the yard, deck and BBQ, we spent a lot of time out there. Our kids keep asking when were going back :) I would highly recommend this vacation spot!!!!!

There were four adults, 2 teenagers and 2 little girls on our vacation and it fit us all nicely. I was pleasantly surprised by how immaculate the place was given that it was a little older. It had all the amentities, with a outdoor covered porch, and they even left some candy for the kids. The location was perfect, right on the beach and it had a tie up for your boat. I highly recommend it. The only minor negative is it had only one small shower, but it worked out fine. There was a second bathroom that had a toilet and sink. The carport had enough space to park our truck/trailer and another car.

So happy to arrive in Crescent Bar and find this wonderful, well-appointed home for our family to stay. Sitting right on the water with a great outdoor area, it handled our family/friends beautifully. The owners have put special touches all through-out the house and there was everything we needed and more. Well-organized, super clean and invitingly comfortable, we will defintely stay here as often as possible. We've stayed in many different places in Crescent Bar, and this home is by far the best - we loved it!
