My name is Dan Hill. I've lived in Payson for 10 years. It is a beautiful place to live. I love the small-town atmosphere. The sense of safety and security you feel here, and the great climate. We are always 15 degrees cooler than the Phoenix Valley during the day, and even cooler at night. The laid-back, friendly atmosphere make Payson a near perfect place to live, or vacation.
Why the Owner Chose Payson
I raised my kids in this home. Now I'm alone, but love this house to much to sell it, so this gives me some purpose in keeping this big house.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The home is large and roomy. It's got a place for everything. It's got a beautiful library/den well stocked with my favorite books, and a Japanese Kotatsu table to sit around, warm your legs, and study a book, or work on your computer.
