There is a master bedroom retreat, a library/den/second bedroom, and two large sleeping lofts -- one configured for children. Beyond the comfortable beds with quality cotton linens, there are high quality futons so 8 people can comfortably stay. This is perfect for special occasions, family getaways, a chance to relax and enjoy all that the California Wine Country has to offer.
The main street of Calistoga is a 10-15 minute walk, and there are numerous cycling and hiking opportunities nearby. The landscaping includes a working vineyard, walnut trees, olive trees, fruit trees, lavender and mature decorative plantings such as Japanese maples, wisteria and rhododendrons - a beautiful getaway during any season!

We are an extended family that are all hardworking and we all enjoy an occasional getaway to Calistoga.
Why the Owner Chose Calistoga
We have had many wonderful and memorable vacations together throughout California over the past few decades. Over the years, we have all continued to enjoy getting together on occasion and Calistoga became a favorite retreat. We purchased the house after renting in the area many times, and we found others also really appreciate the opportunity to rent it on occasion.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Walking to the local restaurants and spas is always fun and relaxing; hiking and cycling are also favorite pastimes. We enjoy working in the vineyard when we can and exploring the wineries and sights along the Silverado Trail and nearby. And of course the pool and spa are always appreciative!

My family (7 adults) stayed here for a week in June. Had a great time. Pool was great, Kitchen well stocked, and the location in Calistoga was excellent. Close to biking and wine tasting and downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and was a great place to relax. Would definitely stay here again

We just returned from a wonderful week in this beautiful, spacious home. Everyone was impressed, not only with the property which you can see in these pictures, but with how well-equipped it was. Our toddler was delighted with the library/playroom, full of toys, puzzles, and books for kids and adults. He also claimed the Lanai as his "ball" room, where he spent many happy hours on the rainy days. On sunnier days, we all enjoyed the pool and the many water toys, too. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful grill and dined at the outdoor table as much as we could. We were delighted with every aspect of this house, and will definitley return again. Calistoga is my favorite place in the Napa Valley. The wineries are beautiful, the Silverado Trail is a gorgeous drive, Robert Louis Stevenson State Park has great hiking, and the nearby Geyser has many animals for the kids to pet and chase. We ate and shopped in downtown Calistoga many times, and every place we went was yummy and had good service. I highly recommend this location and this house!

Great house. Perfect for a family or a group of couples. Lots of open living space, great pool and fantastic outdoor living area making it easy for a group. House is VERY well equiped and had everything we needed for a relaxing week of vacation. Much nicer pool than many rentals. Pictures don't do the property justice.

We just spent some incredibly relaxing time at this great home. It's a large house just north of Calistoga -- really walking distance to the heart of the town. The house is big with vaulted ceilings and an open kitchen, living / dining area for ease of use. The elegance is plain to see but understated. The front and back yards offer old grape vines, terrific views of the valley and a pool and hot tub ideal for kids and adults. A family room off the main living area contains a great library of books. The house easily sleeps at least 8 without anyone tripping over each other. Really: a great place to call your temporary home while exploring and relaxing in the wine country. Couldn't recommend it more highly...

This was a really great place for holiday for our family. We wanted a place where we could relax together and enjoy the wine country, and this had everything we needed. It is a lovely house with a great layout, the pool and spa in the vineyard are a nice setup. It was a convenient location and a fun place to stay.
