We are JoAnn and Kevin Kelly from New Jersey. Kevin's Dad was the original owner. Kevin has owned this condo for almost 20 years and is the original owner. We have watched Myrtle Beach grow into the wonderful vacation place it is today. Our unique location allows you to go enjoy all the activities at the beach and listen to the music by Ocean Annies during the day or night. However, it affords you the comfort of 3 nice private pools all to yourself upon your return home.
Our unit is nicely situated on the corner which has only one unit on its side and is the third floor which will always remain quiet up above. It is beautifully updated and nicely decorated. We take pride in our vacation home. The washing machine, dishwasher, and stove were all replaced in 2008.
The master bedroom is equipped with a TV and VCR with a private master bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds with private access to the second bathroom. The living room provides a queen sofa pull out. The dining room is equipped with a large dining table that seats 6 comfortable.
There is a wonderful sundeck with a large table and umbrella. There is a telephone in the unit for incoming and local calls.

- Barefoot Landing is just 5 miles up the road where there are many restaurants and a House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, the Alligator adventure as well as phenomenal restaurants and plenty of shopping. Tanger outlets are just 3 miles away near the super Walmart. Restaurants and golf are plentiful. You are in walking distance to the Apache Pier which is the largest fishing pier on the Grand Strand. Go relax and have a drink at Ocean Annies just a block and a half away.
