This is a private home that faces the state park. Its on a double lot and has accomodations for large RV's with 30/50 AMP and sewer hook-up with room for boats as well. However, there is no water view or water access on the property it is very private and is in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Gulf Shores. You can live like a local when your here. You are minutes from the beach/Wharf/boat launches/restaurants/water parks and all the exciting stuff.

It has a screened porch underneath for parties or naps. Tow your boat a 1/4 mile to one of the easiest boat launches in the area and within minutes you are in the Gulf of Mexico. Sams & J&M tackle are right down the road for butterfly jigs and whatever else you need. Bring your dogs cats whatever....were pet friendly!! Thanks for looking!!

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes

We loved this home because of the location. It is tucked away in such a wonderful private location yet only minutes from any activity you could imagine.

The Unique Benefits at this Private House

This home is in a very private setting and has a very relaxing effect on our visitors. The streets are very neighborhood oriented and walkers are always out with their pups. Biking is big as well. There is a dog friendly neighborhood park down the street with swings and horseshoes.

We are commercial fisherman that work in Alaska and our partners are in construction in Big Fork Montana. We fell in love with this area and this house. This was a wonderful experience for all of us and the house is completely renovated and ready for some fun.

It is really nice to know that there are still people you can deal with that are as open and honest as you are. I hope we left everything okay if not let me know if we owe anything extra.     • Jami, I can't say enough about your vacation home rental we used in August, 2009, while attending our daughter's beach wedding on Orange Beach. The benefits not only included a very clean home in a quiet neighborhood, but was available for pets - that was another good point as we have two small dogs (we call our children), and was so grateful to have a home that welcomed pets. You were a graceful host, only welcoming us and showing the home ... then leaving your phone number in case we needed more information. The home was located near Gulf State Park, which my husband enjoyed while fishing from the pier there. Also, the home was centrally located to department stores, the beach, and many eateries. Again, thanks for allowing us to use your home ... I assure you that we'll contact you first, the next time we plan our vacation.
