“The Best Sand Beach in America” (The Travel Channel, 2004). Siesta Beach is renowned for its breath-taking sunsets, easy-going waves and gorgeous, azure water and crystal white sand. The sand is 99% pure quartz, soft and cool on the feet.
Excelsior condos are a gulf to bay complex. This Ocean side/Gulf side complete with a heated pool and private, gated beach access which also includes hot showers and bathrooms. We manage 5 condos in Excelsior. We manage Excelsior 204 (Gulf side), Excelsior 205, Excelsior 209, Excelsior 307, Excelsior 309, and Excelsior 6271 (town home with garage).
Past guests of Excelsior Condos love the well-kept resort grounds and immaculate facilities, including two pools, tennis courts and shuffle board courts. With exclusive access to a gated beach, there’s lots to see and plenty to do from your comfortable home base.
Conveniently located with elevators, you have just a quick ride downstairs to your condo’s dedicated parking space. Where will you go from there? Nearby restaurants and shopping are highly recommended, as are day trips to the Mote Aquarium, Tampa Bay and - dare we say it - Disney World.
This is a 2-bedroom unit that sleeps up to 6 people, but don’t pack lightly! Your master suite’s walk-in closet is half the size of the bedroom itself - with plenty of hangers to properly move in. Equally spacious is the king-sized bed and en suite bathroom. You won’t miss home a bit.
Guests in bedroom two will also enjoy their large closet and private bathroom. Two twins beds allow for great flexibility in your travel group - whether friends or family. Who’s been nice to you recently? A dressy living room features two striped, upholstered couches facing the sliding doors of your glass-enclosed lanai. This outdoor space is great in any temperature; you’re outside, yet remain in control of the A/C.
A large dining table between the living area and kitchen lends real character to the room. Aged copper chairs have light seat cushions and suit the bright ambiance nicely. Bright, sunny windows in the kitchen and retro blue chairs in its breakfast nook make it a quirky, delightful space. Separated from the living area by swinging saloon doors, your group can enjoy company two-by-two without disturbance. All kitchen appliances and cookware are provided.
Of particular appeal to long-stay visitors is the included phone plan. Call family and friends in the U.S. and Canada for unlimited duration. You have in-suite laundry facilities, too.
Spanning acres from the Gulf to the bay behind, Excelsior Condos is renowned locally for having some of the oldest and most beautiful trees in the area. You’ll love how they develop the natural beauty of the complex visible from your lanai and while walking from your condo to the beach, pools and other facilities.
