WHY WE OWN AND RENT OUR CONDO: We have prided ourselves in taking our condo and making it the dream spot for all the memories of a perfect vacation. Resorts and rental agencies rarely reserve a specific unit, and on a few occasions we were a little surprised at what we found when we opened the door. We then discovered that renting directly from an owner was a great solution. We were able to see pictures of the specific condo we wanted to rent, and we were able to rent much better accommodations for less money. We eventually decided to apply our years of experience in real estate investing to a Resort vacation condo as an owner and take the quality a much higher level. We take extreme pride in providing an oceanfront luxury vacation condo that is truly exceptional.
