This is the spectacular view of the ocean and shoreline from this luxurious oceanfront condo. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and opens to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and the den can be used as a third bedroom with a queen size sleep sofa. The unit has been recently updated and has ceramic tile in the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The Seawatch is a family resort with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, fully equipped exercise room, tennis courts, and basketball & volleyball courts. Inside, there is a huge game room with a pool table and ping pong table. For relaxing, there is a beautiful atrium with a lovely fountain, shady trees and flowers everywhere. There is also a pizza / sub / ice cream shop, along with a gift shop and convenience store on the premises. For your other needs, The Gold Coast Mall is across the street. You can walk to restaurants, movies, supermarket, and lots of other shops, which are nearby. Also in there area there are water sport rentals, fishing, golf courses, gift shops, and more.
The Seawatch has 24 hour security and on-site rental and management office.
