This home has everything you could want or need from a perfect holiday home - It is our personal home and is furnished to a very high standard - with its own private pool its own private dock for your personal boat or rental boat up to 90 foot! Finally its own private access to one of the best beaches in the Bahamas to give you the comfort you would expect from a home of this value.
Five very large en-suite bedrooms with full bathrooms so suitable for friends sharing or large family. It has two master bedrooms one downstairs and one upstairs. The children's bedrooms can sleep four and they have their own private suite, great for them and even greater for the adults. The upstairs master bedroom also has its own private office (for those who “need” to keep in touch with the rest of the world) But this can also be used as the babies room and a crib is available.
Plus a fully fitted 2,000 square foot 2 bedroom guest cottage. Both bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms plus lounge and dinning room and its own patio and gardens,making it ideal for inviting the in laws or allowing the teenagers their own space

The Unique Benefits at this House
It has everything we and our friends look for in a perfect holiday spot - its quiet - the beach is so private that often at the end of the day the only foot prints in the sand are the ones we made earlier in the day. The local people all speak English and are the most friendliest people we have met around the world and the children just love it. Plus with the advantage of the guest cottage we can invite friends to stay without having to look aftre them all the time!!
