Loft above the kitchen area. Deck off master bedroom leads out to large outdoor shower and yard with swing set and basketball hoop. Small grilling patio on opposite side. Upstairs, there is a good sized deck with seating area and built in natural shade.
Separate TV /family room off dining area.Lots of recent upgrades!!1 Wii console-bring your games.New flatscreen tv's. Ipod speaker dock. Some new bedding and rugs. New tile kitchen floor. New Bball hoop. Pets considered.

We're renting this house for the 3rd time this summer. It has windows everywhere to let the sun and the breezes in, and is on a very quiet road a few minutes from everywhere. Tom Nevers beach is down the road, a virtually private beach great for swimming and bodysurfing. After construction last summer, this house has one of the most beautiful outdoor showers I've ever seen. A must for any Nantucket vacation house. The expansive kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd have in your kitchen at home. There is plenty of room for adults and kids to share (or be separate) which makes this our favorite rental so far. Much as we'd like to deny it, there is rain on Nantucket and a tiny house is fine for a sunny vacation, but a big house is always better in the long run. For a teen (or older), one of the most private spots is the "third floor", a loft above the kitchen. Despite the lack of a 4th wall, our son claimed this as "his space" our first summer and refuses to let his little sister have it. For those who are approved to bring a well behaved dog, you'll appreciate the dog lead that keeps your dog from the road, but lets him roam the yard. The 2nd floor balcony off one of the 2 living rooms is great for a quiet read in the treetops or a lovely spot for mom and dad to have an evening glass of wine. Enjoy your stay!

This home was a wonderful and very accommodating place to stay on Nantucket. Well equipped kitchen and home with linens, towels, and plenty of space for 6+ people. The 2 separate upstairs rooms (a living room and another separate sitting room) each with TVs and media players is ideal for that evening movie - one for the kids and one for the adults! The location is perfect being off the beaten path, yet a short distance to everything! Very charming home!

We rented this home at the beginning of the summer and had a great weekend. The landlord was very friendly and great to work with, and the place was exactly as described in the listing.

This house was very roomy and comfortable. Plenty of sleeping and lounging space, quiet neighborhood and great location. The kitchen was very well organized and the new outdoor shower was terrific. Our children never had to enter the house with sandy feet! We would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Very comfortable house for 8 people at a fantastic rate. Nice outdoor areas and comfortable bedding. Distance is far from town but not a bad bike ride. Only downside is that the neighborhood is very, very quiet. The owner made the renting process very pleasant and quick. I would recommmend this house to anyone staying on the island.
