This wonderful home was professionally furnished/decorated with every effort taken to create a warm and comfortable environment. This home is perfect for those looking for something more than hotel, but without a long term commitment.
This home has a full kitchen with all large and small appliances included. It also has cookware, flatware, dinnerware, wine glasses, martini glasses & champagne glasses. The home has its own laundry room with energy efficient washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board. Our home surpasses the standard "corporate rental" by going beyond the typical inclusion of a "sofa-chair-bed-table". Don't worry! It has all of that plus so much more... draperies, art, rugs, lamps, greenery, furnished patios, barstools, framed mirrors, high quality linens, multiple TVs and on and on. We provide 4 towel sets per bathroom, 2 sets of high quality sheets per bedroom (nothing less than 300 thread count, usually 400-500 TC), the bedding is luxurious with layers of blankets and many pillows. Both bedrooms have a spacious closet, drawer storage, 22" LCD TV, two night tables, two alarm clocks and the master bedroom has a soothing sound machine. The master bathroom has a large oval shaped tub with shower, ample closed storage space, hair dyer (1800 watts), first aid kit as well as many extras. The living room has a 40" wall mounted LCD TV, sofa, chair(s), coffee table and writing desk. The dining area is set for 4 with matching china, place mats and even chargers.
The area that this is located is across the street from the famous River Ranch. There is everything one could want. Fine food, fast food, great shopping, Fresh Market, Entertainment --- you name it.... It's there! The complex is perfectly situated among the heart of Lafayette. All the major street are just a stone's throw away. It is directly off Kaliste Saloom Road, a couple of blocks to Ambassador Caffrey, convenient to Johnston Street as well as University of Louisiana Lafayette. This facility thought of EVERYTHING!
