What makes this place extraordinarily special is the location. It has a seawall on Lemon Bay. From the back we have seen countless large fish jumping, dolphin that have come right up to the seawall, starfish, hermit crabs and huge live shells. There is always something to watch. Then across the road is a beautiful white sand beach.
There are many treasures to find on the beach, including amazing shells & fossil sharks teeth. The beach is very quiet – almost like a private setting. The sunsets are beyond amazing. We have deeded beach access with this property. Shopping is very convenient with grocery stores, specialty shops, and even a department store within 5 minutes.
Our property is very close to the main channel, but is also very protected by the mangrove islands. The Gulf access is Stump Pass which is also close. Jump in your boat and in a few short minutes you can be out in the Gulf. The drive on and off the island is beautiful.
We always see dolphin jumping! The area in general is very quiet and reminds us of a quaint "Old Florida" setting.
